Good hotels are booked or not affordable in Lindau during the festivals. The Bavarian Court is an excellent alternative. The pleasantness begins with the tel. booking with the friendly boss. The rooms are sufficiently large and conveniently furnished (with automatic light in the closet).The breakfast buffet has something to offer for everyone, the food in the restaurant is very tasty prepared for the A behouge  (with our own herbs and salads from the courtyards).

A friendly home

It is rare to eat such a good and tender rumpsteak. The service is very friendly and smooth. Unfortunately, the menu on the homepage is not stored - this would make a lot of sense. I can't say anything about the night, we had it from the association's annual general meeting.

Delicious food

I stayed in this facility the night from 19/08/2019 to 20/08/2019. I am deeply bitter because, as reported by the hospital, I was stabbed on my whole body by minor acariasis or more simply tick from a mattress, providing me with papules. Now I am forced to take cortisone and antihistamines. Avoid this hotel!!

To be avoided

We slept in a very small room, four of us, two small beds and a sofa. The shower was full of hair. The breakfast was a little scarce. It was set more on the salt than on the dessert. There was practically no cornetto or cake, in the morning I woke up with a whole itch on my head with stings, insects. The next day when I returned to Italy I went to get a visit from a dermatologist and he told me that they are insect stings that are in the mattress so I strongly recommend it to everyone, because if you have to stay in a hotel and do not have these guarantees it is better to sleep on the street.

Risk of infection

Although the kitchen was already full, we were warmly received and a dinner was prepared. Good civilian food, very hospitable services and a nice ambiance, we are back.

Beds are uncomfortable. The size of the TV is actually as small as in the pictures, too small for 2019. Beer gardens on warm April days are not even stolen yet. Winter garden looks nice on the homepage but the glass roof is filled with stone wool and the doors from the gas chamber are closed.

Not intoxicating

We stayed two nights in this hotel. The room was quite spacious. The staff were very kind and available. The breakfast was plentiful and excellent with homemade jams of various tastes. The location was convenient for us to travel by car to other locations. The Wi-Fi signal was not very good and the password had to be changed every day.

Although the house is old, but it is clean here and the kitchen offers a lot of snacks in the cozy guest room or in the summer in the adjacent beer garden. The room prices are cheap, which the simple furnishings of the room pay tribute.

Traditional hotel with civic cuisine and beer garden

Working with a local company, for many years I occasionally spend the night in this hotel. Quiet area, large parking lot. Clean rooms and sufficiently spacious, beds not always comfortable (for my tastes might be tougher), furnishing in some rooms a little outdated. Buffet breakfast with good choice. Restaurant with typical cuisine, depending on the period with seasonal specialties (wild, goose, mushrooms, asparagus, etc.).

It's all right.

Business on site, very convenient for traffic. Arriving around 9pm and contrary to the odd reviews, we found the service great. Right after a long trip, we still got a beer and ordered food during check-in. Service would have earned more points. Why only 3 stars: the rooms are really quite old. Breakfast is fresh, but not very much choice. For a stop on a business trip, it's quite bookable, for a vacation I would personally look a little closer to the center of Lindau.
