We had a nice terrace right by the Müritz. We spent a night here with breakfast. It was almost fine. Our room and bathroom were a little small, but for one night it was okay. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The young waiter at the breakfast service was friendly and attentive. The only criticism was that the chef/waiter didn't exactly leave a welcoming impression. But maybe he also had a bad day.

It's all right.

First, we had to wait endlessly long for our place, even though several tables were open on the terrace, then the speech in the commando, because we allegedly sat at the wrong table, one waiter completely overwhelmed, the other shamelessly scolded, both waiter wearing their mouth and nose protectors under their noses...

Restaurant: unbelievably poor service

We agree 100% with the previous reviews. It takes a feeling of eternity to get noticed at all and you almost have to beg for a seat to get assigned a table. Intermediate questions etc. are not allowed, only when the blessed boss (the waiter) comes to the table, you can order o.a. Yes, this person is absolutely arrogant and refuses in fact. any mouth protection. The drinks and cakes were then served medium fast, without any kindness. We will certainly not be served this hotel/restaurant again.

Arrogant, repulsive and very unfriendly high-necked boss (Kellner?)

We stood for 15 minutes, and there were 10 people in front of us who waited longer, and no one served us. The waiters only served the defeated tables, even though the restaurant was half full, and we were ignored, so we and the other people in the queue went to another location. Unfortunately, I can't rate the food.

It's a very nice hotel with a nice view of the lake. Very nice staff and first-class restaurant. But - drivers of low-level cars or sports cars should generally choose not to go to the hotel parking lot, but to the public parking lot!

NO 3-star accommodation!!! Not recommended

We had a double room on the first floor with an unobstructed and wide view of the lake, the Bay of Röbel and the boat owner (Marina Röbel). The hotel's own terrace is located directly on the lake and also offers a unique view. The hotel staff were very friendly and hospitable. Special requests were accepted at the meal. The breakfast (also in the form of a buffet) was rich and varied. Parking spaces are available for hotel guests free of charge and should they book, there is a large public parking space. We found the price-lighting ratio a little overpriced, however, the hotel could be recommended without restrictions.

Beautiful location with excellent sea view

We booked a three-day arrangement with HP. Despite the adverse circumstances of the virus, we felt very well at the hotel. Room 12 had a water view and was very tidy and clean. Every employee and even the bosses were very nice. Breakfast on the terrace was excellent, as ordered the night before, everything was delicious: coffee, O-Just, sandwiches, salmon, sausage, rice, fruit salad... everything was fine. HP had two dishes to choose from and even special requests were met. All in all, a very nice curry.

Coronation

The restaurant's terrace is right by the lake. The food was fine. Only the sausage didn't taste that good. The staff is friendly and the ice cream is delicious. There is a parking lot right next to the restaurant.

Beautiful location by the lake

Big hotel room, very clean - the bathroom is so small that you'll get nervous after a day. Definitely not suitable for overweight people. Basically not for disabled people. I also had to drag my luggage to the second floor by myself and I'm not the newest. Parking is limited, but that applies to the whole place. The hotel closes at 9:00. And: creepy backpacks for an otherwise delicious breakfast - apparently there's no bakery in cans. Friendly service staff - however, in 20 years of traveling, I haven't experienced a single time in my career that I couldn't get my food in the restaurant from the high bill.
