General family hotel owned. Rustical ambiance. Typically mounted as guests. Large parking space, free of charge. Way to the rooms muffled. Location & Environment 3.0 Foot not reachable. Room 1.0 simple. Furniture partially collapsed. Bathroom large but narrow. Shower. Water took a long time until it was warm. Under the bed carelessly sucked, in front of the room in the EG a sharply needle-shaped jaw, 1 table with chairs and a dressing. Here the guest still returns! Service 4.0 The chef moved and is free and SEHR ready to help!! 1x there was a new cap on demand only. The wet bathroom halters were added on the floor so they had no chance to eat there, so as the kitchen table was very dry, the kitchen table was very easy to clean!

Eating very well, living poorly.

I don't know how long this place has been around - first it was a canteen, then a bar, and now it's been a hot spot for people who like to eat well. Jürgen is a class of its own, trust his recommendations and express your wishes, customer satisfaction is not an empty shell here!!

An institution in ruins

We've been coming to this place to eat for over 20 years and we've never been disappointed.

But you did!

Hotel with restaurant in the middle of Saarlouis Roden. A building and furnishings that have been around for years, but are completely taken over by the competent and hospitable owner and his family. Service and kitchen are above average. Here it is worth following the recommendations of the chef. A small drawback is the slightly undersized storage facility. After visiting the restaurant, you definitely have to ventilate your clothes for a few days.

Very good restaurant

We had been to the Jungmann restaurant more often than last week. We were sitting in the next room, which we could visually lift up a bit, but that's all we noticed as a small point of criticism. Our food (steak with a red wine sauce and shrimp handkerchief) was excellent. In addition, the service was quick and very friendly. Overall, the restaurant is always worth recommending and a trip, you won't be disappointed.

Always worth a visit

As always, great! Highly recommend steaks or pork medallions. Recommended to reserve as there's always something going on here! Price/performance ratio is really great and the staff is friendly...

On a business trip again in Saarlouis, me and my collegues chose this small and very cosy and caring family hotel. The Jungmanns were very pleasant, staff caring, rooms perfectly clean. It is a little harder to communicate, if you don't speak German, but we made it and everything was very good. The food...it is a chapter for itself. The only thing I can say is: Delicious food, fast service, wide choice of drinks.

Good place to come to

We stayed here for three nights on business trip.
We arrived very late in the evening (11 p.m.)
Clean and tidy rooms , heartwelcomming staff, excellent food. Very good German style breakfast. Flawless internet connection through wi-fi available in rooms.
Though owners and their staff do not speak English very much, they made everthing possible to make our stay perfect. I missed fridge on the room a little, but very comfortable bed took everything back to "awesome".

Business stay with late arrival

We (a party of seven) purposely arranged a holiday around this hotel, after two of the party came across it by pure luck, last year.

We were very warmly welcomed by the owner, Jorgen Jungmann and shown to our  cheerful and comfortable rooms. We dined here both nights and were totally overwhelmed by the hopitality awarded to us and we were more than delighted with the most wonderful food served to us. We will definately be back.

Exceptional food and excellent hospitality.

Nice hotel, quiet with free parking, nice room, nice service and great chef's kitchen... but I figured he's an old butcher, so the steaks are melted and cozy.
