Hubertus House is a professional family business as well as a simple and hearty one. Mr. and Mrs. Stratz have furnished the small guesthouse comfortably, tastefully and with a great deal of attention to detail. The bathroom and kitchen in the spacious apartment room No. 3 are modern and very purpose-built. The equipment has everything self-service workers need. Saunas, solariums and fitness equipment in the basement can be purchased for a few euros a day. The buffet breakfast deserves at least one extra. Mrs. Stratz carries maximum variety even when they have only one guest. The hit - besides the average local organic painters - was clearly the unqualified peters in the orange district. We must always relax and relax as a next stop for the tourist.

It's a lucky catch!

We used the guesthouse as a starting point for the discovery of the Black Forest. I'm not lying to say that the Hubertus house is the perfect guesthouse for me. The room is large and clean with a nice balcony on which you can have a nice evening out overlooking the meadows and a farm. It's really quiet, but the bathroom has a shower and a window, everything is clean. In the small breakfast room you'll be warmly received by the hostess, coffee and fresh egg dishes are available on request, otherwise there's a small but loving and lovingly assembled menu of local food products. There's also a kitchen counter where you can eat something with soap or a small garden, or there's plenty of money for the guests and guests to eat in the park.

Perfect retirement with a love of detail

The kindly hostess patiently waited for us to arrive very late and took care of us at breakfast or when we asked for advice.

Comfortable and welcoming

We spent a great week in this house on the edge of the village. Through the window we could see the meadows, the cows, the forest... There is a parking lot for the guests, a garden lounge... The lady is charming and caring, she takes time to talk to each of her guests, she speaks very well English. Breakfast is plentiful and varied with quality products. We were four, we had reserved a room for two and an apartment for two: the room is quite large, a bedroom, a table, two chairs, two chairs, a living room table, a bathtub, a TV and a well-equipped bathroom and a balcony with a table and two chairs.

Perfect - perfect

It simply fitted everything: a large, friendly room with balcony; a spacious bathroom with windows and plenty of storage; a garage for motorcycles (no extra charge!); a gym and sauna room; super delicious breakfast and family care!

Vacation to feel good

Very clean house, quiet, spacious and comfortable room, good bed, good welcome. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful, varied and composed of quality products. Nice walks nearby with beautiful views of the area. Close to the mountains of the high Black Forest

Very well

We stayed for 10 nights on September 2014. The apartment was very well equipped, clean & tidy. It has all the required facilities in the room. everything was well organized & it felt home away from home. 
The landlady, Anni, was very nice and warm and always willing to help what. 
We were 2 adults. 
The bedroom, as the bath, was large enough. 
If you're looking for a nice place to stay, at a good location in the black forest, have a lovely view & in a reasonable price, Haus hobertus is the right place.

We eat breakfast every morning. it was very very good,

Amazing B & B

First of all, I suspected that the good reviews on tripadvisor and booking.com were false, but they are not. The rooms are huge, clean and comfortable. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. The top blast is the breakfast, which is very rich and delicious. Although all the guests with whom the breakfast was actually finished, it was filled and checked again. You can feel the joy and dedication Anni has in her house. We are back!!!!

It's not fake.

We stayed for 11 nights on August. The apartment was very well equipped, clean & tidy. it has all the required facilities in the kitchen. everything was well organized & it felt almost like home..
The landlady, Anni, was very nice and warm & was always willing to help. We were 2 adults & 2 children & the bedroom was large enough. The bath was specious & convenient.
If you have small children or if your kids need a specious place outside to play, than this might be an issue, but if you're looking for a nice place to stay, at a good location in the black forest, cook some of your your meals, have a lovely view & in a reasonable price, that's all you can ask for. 
FYI : 1) should you need to use some extra services like a laundry drier, it's not for free. ask before you use it....
2) There was no A/C in the apartment, but although it was hot outside during the day, inside it was cool & in the night even cooler. there was no need for A/C, so no issue.
3) We ate breakfast on the first morning there. it was very good, but because you have such an equipped kitchen , you can just buy all you need (there's a local supermarket 2 streets from there) & prepare it yourself. much cheaper & as good as the served one.

a great place to stay.

We are stayed for 6 nights. Large room, great view from the window. Wonderful landlady,Helping with any information you need, great service.Breakfast was rich and tasty.Wi-Fi in the room.
Very good location, about 20 km from both Freiburg and Titisee.
We highly recommend this place.
