You can’t complain for what you pay here. Cleaning service every morning with friendly staff. Sometimes a bit noisy but that depends on other guests ofcourse. We stayed for three weeks and do not regret it! Other colleagues stayed at Meininger and Login hotel nearby and payed significantly more.

More than decent for the price

I spent one night in the boarding house because I had to go to the airport the next day. The room was clean, towels were available. There is a communal bathroom and a communal kitchen. When people talk in the hallway, you can hear it, but when I went to sleep, it was quiet. There is a key box if you leave before the front desk opened. It's about a five-minute walk to the subway station, you drive one station to the airport.

Great accommodation near the airport

It's better than sleeping on the floor at the airport. The rooms are very old, the furniture is old, but the beds are very comfortable, the pillows are soft. Everything is very clean, the bedding is beautiful. The room has a sink and a TV. The shower and bathrooms are common. There is a common kitchen where you can cook food. The main drawback is the bad soundproofing, you can hear all the neighbors and the electricity passing every 20 minutes. It goes even at night except for a short break. But you can get to the airport in 30 minutes, and that's convenient.

One night near the airport

The place calls itself a "pension" which conjures up visions of family comfort. In reality, it's a series of barracks targeted to foreign workers. It's in an unattractive part of town with no restaurant options nearby. Rooms are shabby, no-privacy showers and bathrooms are down the hall, and the cleanliness of the beds is suspect. I took one look around, forfeited my booking, and high-tailed it to Hotel Meininger.

Avoid at all costs

I booked a room here as we needed a place to stay inbetween transfering flights. We arrived 13.50 with taxi and tried to check in on the machine outside reception. “Receptionist” then walk by us telling us it doesnt work. I then follow her to the “reception” as i thought she could help then but we were told with very sharp voice “not open until 14!!” - okay now 5 minutes we wait while she stands and smoke with the cleaninglady. Charming! I looked a bit around and honestly it looked like a poor summercamp. After such poor service i decided to book new hotel for the night. It was not worth our time or money! It smelled awfull inside and looked very old and unclean. 
I recommend everybody to spend a tiny bit more and book somewhere else. Honestly!

Just awfull! Stay away

- nearby airport is certainly convenient; - nearby decent market of NETTO; - the cost is too high, but tolerant; - cleanliness and a laundry room in the room; - the receptionist-polk worker, who understands Russian; - Wi-Fi was also available. - the unfavorable area, many Arabs, drunk people at the store in the evening (drinking right here), the underground passage at the station- branch; - the disgusting description of how to get to the boarding house from the WC.

For a night before departure for unpretentious tourists

The hotel is really near to the airport, just few minutes by car, and close to the train station. Toilets and showers are shared with the whole floors. But they are well organized and clean. I arrived quite late and I just checked in with the machine and that´s it, no human contact. LOL

Really close to the airport, cheap, but could be better

It's very close to the train to get to the airport and you can also walk around. The only thing ugly is the area, which may be a little scary at night. Me and my couple have never had any problems at all. So I can recommend it. And half a liter of beer at the reception costs €1.50 and there is a pizzeria at 100 MTS if you're hungry.

It's all right.

I stayed only one night for convenience near the airport. The room was very noisy, on the ground floor with no basements and coupled with the fact that it was in the suburbs I was alarmed all night. In any case the structure does not appear as cozy but rather abandoned to itself. All this led me to cancel the reservation for the night planned in this facility to take the flight back to Italy two weeks later. I would not recommend it to a group of girls only.

Hotel not reassuring

Two stars just because of the low price and the proximity to the airport. Creepy is probably the best adjective to describe it.
Long aisles like an hospital, nobody around, lights that turn on and off at their will... It could be a perfect set for an horror movie! Honestly... If you can, go somewhere else, unless you want to try the thrill!
