Terrible stay. Avoid this place at all costs, they sell it as hotel but basically it is a house with 2 rooms for rent. Shared bathroom was dirty. No breakfast and dining facilities although their website says there is. Way too expensive for what they offer. Do not go here!

Avoid this place at all costs!

Just do not go here. This is not a hotel, but a house renting out rooms. There is nothing wrong with that in itself, but they promise a breakfast room and a restaurant on their website and both are not there. There is no reception and no personnel. The shared bathroom was dirty and definitely not cleaned. Water pressure in the sink in the room was very low, so you had to go to this dirty bathroom after all. Besides the hotel is directly to a busy road so all night you hear traffic. There are no facilities at all. Also they do not provide WiFi and there is no network connection n the area. Avoid this place at all costs, there are much better and cheaper options around

The hostess is wonderful, very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. German breakfast and great atmosphere. Perfect location near Lindau, Austria and not far from Switzerland. Highly recommend.

Cozy and welcoming

If you like the sun, you're right here. The house is sun-exposed. The boarding house is located on a busy main road (B308) towards Lindau. Constant traffic. Even trucks and motorcycles. You can't open windows until night. Advantage: parking in front of the house if you don't park right in front of the bakery, good bakery with part-time opening in the house. Small garden with seating facilities behind the house.

The house is a small museum, beautifully preserving the charm of a hotel with a history. Our room was modern and tastefully furnished, the bathroom was nailed up. The room is not very large, but sufficient. A nice breakfast awaits the guest. Mrs. Kern tries to fulfill all the guest's wishes. We will be very happy to come back. Those who are sensitive to noise should bring earplugs or keep the window closed: the country road is to be heard. We slept very well nonetheless.

A lot of charm, nice room, nice hostess

I made a booking.com reservation for 2 nights 
The address writen in booking.com is not the actual address
The staff dont speak English.  Try to call to say im on my way. After 22 nobody is answering the phone anymore
And when i finally find it, nobody was inside
Spend all night in finding another hotel at this area. 
They refuse to cancel my charge and return my only 60 euros out of my order
Im not recommending this place
