The hostel at Suhl railway station is very lovingly decorated. The reference made by many old railway materials to the old railway station in which the hostel is located is, though, habit-packing, but very funny and not bad at all. It is very well located, right by the railway station and the city centre is a few minutes' walk away. The rooms and the bathroom are relatively small, but for the price are totally satisfactory and more than sufficient.

Small but fine

Might be one of the coolest looking hostels I’ve stayed at. We had a double room with private bathroom. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Free parking outside. Simple check in with code box. Would definitely recommend it!

Very cool design

It's funny, it's made with container cabinets, etc. very clean and conveniently set up. You can walk into the city centre. The price/performance ratio is absolutely right. €61 for a DZ including breakfast.

Made fun of

Lovingly furnished in the spirit of train with a breath of old Metropolis for railway fans sure a must if you ever want to have other experiences and railway fan is should have stayed here once simple and inexpensive equipment with nostalgic facilities around the train very clean very well maintained in the middle of the city to reach excursion destinations of the Thuringia Forest quickly

Let's do something else.

Each room is different and individually furnished to the theme of train/station. Really appealing and unique. Bathroom is convenient, but unfortunately hardly facilities. And when you shower, the water spreads to the washing table, where the (dry) towels are. 😐 Check-in via automatic, so time-independent. We booked without breakfast, so there's no information about that.

Cool's house in a funny design.

On our way to Berlin, we stopped at Suhl, a very friendly hotel with a well-furnished industrial décor, a clean and quiet room at a very attractive price.

Stop at Suhl

Due to a two-day investigation at Suhler Krh. we had to stay for two nights on the spot. We found the atmosphere of the hostel very original. Everything was clean, even spartan. A friendly lady had us check-in as early as 12 o'clock. For health reasons we could not leave the hostel. Unfortunately, an existing balcony did not offer seating and only 1 hooker was available in Zi. My husband was mostly in bed. The beds were on the wall so one had to sit over it. For young people, but not for us. Despite being close to the train station, no child was bullied. Breakfast for 6 € for 2 najabel was accepted. Everything was in place.

The hostel in Suhl is very quickly accessible from the highway and is located (as the name suggests) directly at the train station. The key is obtained at an automaton and parking spaces are available at the hostel. A breakfast can be booked in advance. The room was of a pleasant size and the furnishings were very original. Unfortunately, the shower drain did not work properly and half the bathroom was placed under water. WiFi was available in the room and very fast. Only a short contact with the hostel by mail was not very friendly. This should run better.

For one night OK

I've stayed at the hostel for 2 nights. The room was very quiet even though it was ground floor and located just behind the railway station. Since I've arrived late at night, I had to collect the key from the automatic machine placed at the entrance of the hostel, it was very easy and also the communication with the staff went smooth. 
The room was clean and the amenities all well functioning. I personally didn't like the fact that the windows have no blinds, only see-through curtains.
I haven't tried the breakfast service. The wi-fi worked perfectly!
