The place in the southern area of the Black Forest is located in a very quiet area, where you can stroll through the woods.The rooms are spacious and the traditional local breakfast is very complete.

Spacious rooms and a very quiet place.

When we arrived, we found out that the half board was out of order because of internal problems. The single room was a larger broom room. In the other EZ the table and the TV were missing. When we showered, the water stopped and nothing came. The buns were all gone and yogurt for a mousetrap gave no more. The staff were fighting and on the floors any dogs were barking out of the rooms and without a car you were completely off the hook. After one night we switched to the hotel and got a sensational room for two euros more.

Disaster

Single rooms are too small, no pictures on the walls and no table lamp, cheap and uncomfortable bedding to sleep in, breakfast too expensive to choose from, no fruit, no honey, no quark

Great location, dogs are welcome

We would like to evaluate the hotel, but unfortunately we didn't see anything except the entrance area. This is because the double room we booked over a month earlier was suddenly unavailable on the night of our arrival, because allegedly a system error occurred, the room was double booked and no other double room was available. So the room had already been given to other guests and it was not considered necessary to contact us before our arrival and inform us in advance that there would be no room for us. The situation was reportedly known at the time of our arrival for at least 4 hours. Instead, they offered a single room with a single bed for which we should have paid the single room price and we should have left on the day of the week.

Overbooked

It was our first time at the hotel and we were very satisfied, quiet, friendly staff, beautiful, clean room, very good food, very nice spa, everything perfect. Even the offer during the day with the Black Forest plus card was very versatile.

We stayed with a group of friends in this establishment; everyone slept dressed because we weren't sure if the sheets hadn't already been served!! Plus the carpets were repulsive dirt!!
