The main emphasis is the very good kitchen and the competent pleasant service. The chef processes in your kitchen mainly ingredients from the region to extremely tasty dishes. The friendly and competent service by the junior chef makes you feel welcome at all times. We are happy to come back at all times.

Very good gastronomy in rural areas

You can eat here in peace with your business friends, you can have conversations without interruption, the food is good, you also get a well-flavored pillow, there are good wines, you can stay here very well, the rooms are clean and it's very quiet at night.

Business meals

We needed one night on the way home through Cologne.  We wanted to visit Cologne, but hotels overpriced in the city.  This hotel/guest house about one hour away in the countryside was just right.  The landlady was very friendly on arrival and helped us by booking local restaurant for dinner.  Rooms good size, but need more pillows!  Breakfast was excellent - buffet supplemented with cooked eggs and bacon - and she pressed us to make up rolls with cheese and meats for our lunch.

Great alternative to staying in Cologne

We arrived very late and were nevertheless received very kindly, and in the morning we found a very good, rich and delicious breakfast. Especially the mattresses - very well - are not overcrowded! Really recommended as a simple and good neighborhood!

Courtesy of the elderly couple of managers. Family environment not luxurious but clean and comfortable. Abundant breakfast with the possibility of carrying food away in a bag provided by the hotel. Typical of the structure entirely made of wood.

We spent two days with our family (two adults, two children) in the guest house apartment, which consisted of two large rooms and a bathroom at a very affordable price. The breakfast was the best on our whole trip to Germany, and everyone was very friendly. The hotel is only a few minutes (6 km) from Siegen. We will definitely come back when we are back in the area.

perfect stay

The hotel, which is housed in an old factory house, is very comfortable and well furnished. The rich menu offers the right dish for every taste. The rooms are modern furnished and offer a good standard. The hotel, located a little outside Siegen, is mainly used by business travelers during the week, on the weekends we were the only overnight guests with breakfast. The choice was still stunning and can compete with any ***** star hotel. Finally, we got the offer to pack us something for our return trip, until now I had only noticed in hotels the ban sign that the food and drinks from the Speisaal are prohibited.

Old but good and cozy

we stayed here in july this year 2011,a group of motorcyclist(6)the hotel is a really nice place overlooking the countryside.the owner was a bit shocked at first because when we booked he didn't no we were bikers,even though he could'nt speak engish we could get through to him with our bit of german,he made us very welcome,the breakfast was also very good,he even gave us food bags to make sandwiches up to take with us on our trip.i could recommend this hotel to anybody,
