I was there on June 3-7 and the only thing you could really do good was sit down and talk the staff were child-friendly unfriendly and disrespectful the cleaners didn't really clean under the beds there were spiders and dust eating was unhygienically prepared the bed was hard rock the bed sheets were bigger than a blanket for elephants you could hear everything from the neighbor's room about the showers were cameras than what you asked for

It's bad.

The dining room was very good. The seminar room right under the rooftop was hard to cool off. Otherwise everyone was affected by the top location and especially the courtyard. The staff are engaged and friendly. I especially appreciate the casual atmosphere of conversation in the house. I highly recommend.

Training and training

Great location and great view of the fortress! rooms clean... and for the price acceptable! food was inadequate! I didn't even give warm milk for breakfast! sausage and cheese didn't taste! I wasn't satisfied with the food.

Class trip

The hostel is located just below the fortress, a few minutes' walk from the city centre. Rooms are very clean and functional, but the beds are really Spartan... Great praise for the breakfast: very fresh and healthy, plenty of organic, homemade jams, good coffee! Top! A price wonder, however, you shouldn't expect.

Great location, great breakfast!

200m from the old main bridge and the old town is this very beautiful and modern renovated youth hostel! The rooms are functional and colorful with lots of wood furnished. The bathrooms have hotel standard - top! Only the 200x90 box beds framed by 3 wooden planks are from the 19th century in design:-(How can a man spend so much on renovation and forget the beds? The restaurant and the chill-out area are attractive and the breakfast offers everything you need.

Well renovated DJH well located on the main

We were here for one night and it was great. The staff were super friendly and always helpful. Gluten-free was also not an issue at breakfast. It's just a pity that there was no soap in the rooms these days.

Nice hostels.

We had booked a two-bedroom. The width and the surface (the mattress could not be called that) of the beds were unreasonable. In addition to that, the car noise of the well-traveled street. The beds had to be taken care of yourself and the towels were extra. We paid a total of €80 for one night. Breakfast was fine. Maximum €50 would have been appropriate. For young people it was modern set up. Good location. Parking is limited as the few parking spaces are fully occupied.

Nothing for adults

I have a long relationship with the Youth Hostel in Würzburg and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The whole complex has recently been renovated and the rooms are very modern, many with shower/WC. Breakfasts and meals are *very* high quality. The "JuHe" is situated about 5 minutes walk from the Old Main Bridge, meaning that you can be in the city centre in 10 minutes max.. This really now falls into the class of a budget hotel than a hostel and it is my #1 port of call for accommodation in Würzburg.

So much better than "just a youth hostel"

The hostel is very spacious but even though there were a lot of people there was no confusion (large common areas, excellent breakfast arrangement) we took a family room with private bathroom: large and clean sheets give them to you when you arrive towels I don't know why we brought them from home

A great solution for families too

We had a private room with shared bathroom facilities.  It was clean and functional but very basic.  We had to make and strip our own beds and we could not see towels available for rent.  The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good.  There seemed to be very few showers with most guests not bothering.  Lots of children running up and down the corridors and found it expensive for what we got.  Parking was in a multi-storey 10 minutes walk away.
