It is a family-run hotel in a very quiet location in a residential area. Without a car or a bike it is difficult to get to the place or the beach. The bikes can be borrowed free of charge in the hotel, no eBikes. The hotel has spacious rooms that are nicely furnished, they have a smart kitchen. The hotel does not have a living room or a bar, but a beautiful garden with beach chairs and chairs. In rainy weather you can sit only on the room. Breakfast is enough, in a hot bowl, extract mirrors on request, omelette unfortunately not on top. The loaves are unfortunately broken up, papaya leaves outside.

Family-run nice hotel with air upstairs

I've been at the island hotel Arfsten for five years now and I can only say that I like it better from time to time. It's probably the family charm that makes the difference. I've always been in big, international hotels all over the world my entire professional life and it makes a difference for me. Even if sometimes an evening rest in the form of a bar etc. is missing. But this can be wonderfully compensated by the presence of some wonderful beach baskets in the yard where you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine at a beautiful flan. Or you can relax in the afternoon on your own bed under trees or in the sun. Service and the cleanliness of the house speak for themselves. This is always occupied there and I always recommend you start the day with a special hotel, and you can start the day with a special breakfast and you can start the day with a special breakfast.

Egg, wonderful holiday hotel with special charm

Small, fine island hotel with excellent breakfast. The rooms are lovingly decorated, cozy and very clean. The staff, from the cleaning service to the breakfast service, bicycle mechanics, just everyone very friendly. We'd love to come back, then for the fourth time!

It's small, but fine.

The family-run Hotel Arfsten is located about 1.5km from the ferry terminal Wyk on Föhr in the Wrixum district. Each individually and lovingly designed room has every luxury imaginable. Each guest is provided with a well-maintained bicycle. E-bikes can be rented at a low cost just a few metres away (e.g. at 'Rückwind'). Breakfast is excellent. In good weather, the atmosphere throughout the hotel is very relaxing.

Purity of holidays and recreation

We have been guests in this house for years and we are always looking forward to the nurtured and friendly atmosphere! Just a treat for us! Very beautiful, spacious and well-equipped rooms. A great breakfast, and then enjoy the day! Very satisfied we can only make a recommendation!

Quiet, stylish and family-run hotel

A super nice hotel, nice rooms, perfectly located just outside Wyk...the breakfast is perfect, great choice!!! In the rooms perfect WiFi, a kitchen line, perfect, since only breakfast is offered...A nice terrace and a garden with sun beds...Rental bikes are also offered!!!

What a wonderful hotel to stay in on Föhr!!!

It far exceeded our expectations! We booked in a short time and were warmly received! Rooms are really nice, everything is very clean, friendly staff and breakfast is just fine! Thank you very much for the great time out.

Very nice, stylishly decorated, family-run house. Quiet location, yet central. Everything very well maintained, at the latest technical level. I didn't know until yesterday that there were USB connectors. Very well maintained bicycle park. Spacious rooms that allow a pleasant stay even on the right rainy days. Super rich breakfast that really doesn't lack anything. Maybe coffee specialties?! For this there are every day.

Very cozy house

A very friendly and helpful house. Free rental bicycles and free coffee and cake starting at 3:00 p.m. On the way out, Mrs. Arfsten, who bakes all the cakes herself, copied again some recipes that my wife would like to bake. The breakfast is also included in the price and is of excellent quality. It was constantly served - even the fresh crab every day. In good weather you can often enjoy breakfast on the terrace or in the otherwise comfortable freezer. We had a suite with living room, all-rooms, kitchen and bathroom. Very clean and all built in order (toilet glasses, soap towels and gloves, breathing lights, etc.).
