On arrival at the hotel you get a warm welcome from the reception staff who are always smiling and approachable. We had room 311 which is an Acropolis view room and we received a bottle of wine and baklava on arrival. The room is spacious and the bathroom had been updated. The room was kept exceedingly clean by the staff and I had toiletries provided and replenished. There is a fridge in the room. The roof terrace is an awesome place for views, although in early March it was a little chilly. The bar had friendly service from 5.30pm, but through the day you could have free coffee and tea in the breakfast room. Breakfast was plentiful and had hot and cold food. Overall a fantastic hotel with first rate staff. Fantastic views from roof terrace and from our Acropolis view room.

Great hotel in easy walking distance of amenities 

Stayed 3 nights, and the hotel had everything we needed. Nothing to complain about and would highly recommend. The breakfast area can be a bit busy, quietened down after 9.30. Best location, and good value! View of Acropolis from the rooftop bar a bonus.

3 night stay

Just returned from 3 nights in Athens and have to write this review.  The hotel was absolutely amazing from check-in to check-out. Yes we were lucky enough to get a room with a view of the Acropolis but it's the staff that make it great, from those at reception, in the breakfast room, the lady serving on the roof top bar (open from 5:30pm), the cleaners, in fact you feel that everybody genuinely wants you to have the best time possible and will provide you with advice and guidance to do this. Hot breakfast is limited but a large continental selection more than makes up for this. The breakfast room is open all day and provides free tea and coffee allowing you to rest your legs and take a break from the walking you are doing. We made good use of the roof top bar each evening where blankets are provided if you are feeling cold, the sounds of the vibrant city are lovely and you can enjoy the stunning views of the Acropolis. The hotel is so central to all main sites, restaurants and shopping streets. There is no doubt that I will be suggesting this to any family or friends that intend to visit Athens and would have no hesitation to stay again. Thank you very very much for making our stay so great.

You've found your hotel - Excellent

Great location in the centre of Plaka with easy walking to all the historic attractions, restaurants, shops and   transport links !
We had a superior room with balcony and very spacious and well fitted. bath shower,  huge bed , efficient air con and very comfortable. 
Breakfast was excellent with  a vast array of choice all fresh continental and cooked! Coffee and hot drinks  are free  all day and they have a roof top view of the Acropolis with seating and a bar ! 
The staff are attentive and so helpful I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel !

Very good breakfast. accommodation overlooking the acropolis. small but new and very clean bathroom. excellent ducha, Cama king in excellent condition. It is a central hotel with the best location, the treatment of the staff is really cordial. highly recommended price relation quality.

Very good hotel.

We booked this hotel for a 5 night stay several months ago and got a really good price.
LOCATION
Very easy to find from the airport, we used Metro Line M3 to Monastiraki Station, then about a 300m walk to the hotel. Large sign, so easy to see.
A bank and 2 supermarkets are adjacent, the hotel is centrally placed in the Plaka District, an excellent area to stay.
STAFF
All the staff were very friendly and helpful, a fine example of excellent customer service.
THE HOTEL
Rooms were compact, but functional, small bathroom, but it was fine.
The continental breakfast was good and although there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, you could get free drinks from the breakfast room until 5.30.
The rooftop area had superb views to the Acropolis and a small bar was open from 5.30pm. Blankets were a nice touch.
Value for money, the hotel was brilliant and a bonus for us was the great weather we experienced.

Very impressed with this hotel

The view from the bar from the terrace to the Acropolis is incredible. The comfortable and quiet rooms. The very complete breakfast. The attention of the reception is first class, we managed the excursion to the nearby islands and everything worked out fine. You can walk to the Partenón, and all the tourist spots. Two blocks from Monastiraki Station and five blocks from Plaza Syntagma.

EXCELENTE HOTEL A MUY BUEN PRICE with unbeatable accommodation

The ladies in charge of the kitchen are efficient and friendly, the receptionists not so much. The breakfast is quite complete. It all depends on what everyone gets used to eating. The rooms are normal but, I assure you, the photography of the reception has little to do with what it is. The best thing about this hotel is its location.

I stay for a 5 days at the Hotel with my family of 7 people. Quiet states, while the language is a barrier, the staff strive to understand the requirements It is located next to everything. The Parliament and Plaza Sintagma with the metro in two squares. Market in three squares. Countless local places to eat called typical taverns.. for a drink lunch dinner or a snack. That surround the whole area of the plate. Quiet archaeological sites around the corner of the Barrioilo, with a lot of activity and nightlife but quiet and that allows rest.

A comfortable hotel with an unbeatable location within walking distance of everything, comfortable rooms, good air conditioning (important at this time of year) very complete breakfast.
