Was sceptical having read reviews on here, however no need to have been! Room was very modern and clean. 

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Pool bar - Tony was the best bartender! Super friendly and welcoming and playing the best evening music! 

Very close to the beach and lots of souvenir shops/ supermarkets.

Food was fresh, but lacked a little in variety (fussy eater here though!)

It's a great hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 11 days. The hotel is well located, close to the city and the beaches (5min walking distance) and the bus line (5min walking distance) to Rethymno or Heraklion, which is convenient. The hotel is beautiful and is divided into several individual rooms which are spacious m. It changes corridors with all the rooms listed below. The rooms are relatively clean (can be done better in the bathroom) and have a refrigerator. The restaurant has opening hours which are not very convenient if you are going on a trip or visit (small breakfast 8h30, lunch 12h30-14h and dinner 19h-21h). The hotel is not very well equipped with breakfast and lunch, and the hotel has always had a great view of the sea.

Don't rely on previous advice.

Very clean room, on-demand room services (which we have not been told), paid climate in addition to the price of stay, restaurant really not open, schedules are not flexible either, dishes are not very good to avoid especially that the price of  all inclusive  is still consistent, if not beautiful view, beautiful place

Room not in the standard 4 star service sold. Mattress cushions, bathroom not maintained and aging, no water In the rooms (planning to buy one) Under-sized rooms air conditioning, very hot In the living room and very cool in the room. Room cleaning only on request!

Deceptive

I've only spent a week in Bali Mare! I really enjoyed everything! The service, the staff, the Greek cuisine are superb! In the morning there is always fresh fruit and delicious baking! I'm amazed at the variety of dishes! It's very close to the sea, as well as nearby shops and souvenir shops! I plan to visit this hotel again!

Very Friendly hotel 

I was a coward, so the balcony closed for the night, I was so calm, but before that I hadn't seen anything in the reviews about the lazutchiks. At night it wasn't hot with the door closed. The food wasn't as bad as they say, no one went hungry. There were a lot of children and Russians. Going to the sea was a 10-15 minute rush.

I thought it would be worse.

A nice hotel with a claim to authenticity. An outdated room fund, a hotel requiring renovation, for unpretentious tourists. Guests are mostly from Russia. Food is all included, quality is reasonable. Be vigilant - thieves enter the hotel. At night while everyone is sleeping, right through the open doors of the balcony. This cynically silences the administration and the owner, all in agreement, but it seems that cases are not unique, this is described in the review book.

Keep on the Watch

The room was a one-room No. 91 on the 3rd floor, with three bedrooms, good repair, clean, but without a balcony. In the room: there is a 3-seat closet, shelves and a few shoulders for clothes. There is a small refrigerator. There are no drinks. There is no tea. There is a good and comfortable workplace. There are many roses. The beds have lamps with separate switches, which is very convenient.
