The guesthouse with the best care, the view of the Meteors, a full breakfast, what else?! This guesthouse is well placed, little attention is not lacking, we are happy with our choice!

What a beautiful view.

We've stayed at this hotel three times, and we plan on coming again.

What is it?

We wanted something simple, typical and possibly untouristy, everything was above expectations, a genuine, homemade cuisine that doesn't try to pervert itself to please the masses!

That's great!

The room is very spacious with a refrigerator and balcony, the large bathroom with shower (and the usual tent). The breakfast (€5) very abundant (cup of tea or coffee yogurt cake salted and sweet toast butter honey marbled bread) prepared by the kind owner. We also have lunch and dinner (great meat grill prepared at the time) we recommend.

Good location.

Stayed there for two nights, rooms are spacious and spotless with a porch view of the stunning Meteora geology.
Breakfast is very nice, the couple wo run the place are very helpfull and with good English
I would come back to the same place

Wonderful place to stay while visiting Meteora

We stayed here for only one night altough we wished to stay more.
The room was spacious and very clean, with AC and an amazing balcony (quite big) with a great view to the Meteora complex of rocks...simply amazing view.
The host was very very nice and friendly, made us some free sandwiches before our departure and took us for free to the train station.
Very good prices at their tavern downstairs (for example we ate for 5 euros per person wich included a sandwich, a spanakopita, a pie with cinnamon, water, tea and coffee and more than just a cup).
And the little town of Kastraki is beautiful and cosy, we loved it.
And also it's very near to the meteora complex, you can really walk to the first monastery (St. Nicholas), but the rest you should go with a car. 
The bus that goes to monasteries stops 10-20 meters in front of the guesthouse.

Great stay

Stayed in kalambaka at the lithos guest house for an overnight stay to see the monasteries. Natalie showed us to our room which was simple clean and with a huge balcony overlooking the town and meteora. We unpacked and went for a drive with the aid of a map given to us from Natalie. Managed to visit 2 monasteries before closing then headed. Ack to the guest house. Decided to have a wander around the village and walk up a few paths leading up to the monasteries before heading back again to the guest house. Because the reviews for eating at lithos were so good we decided to stay there for our meal. We were the only ones there for a while sort from Natalie's husband and friends. Had a wonderful conversation with him about a rather large snake that his friend had killed near to his chickens. Such lovely people and so welcoming and friendly.had a tasty meal of mixed grill and lamb chops followed by a complimentary ice cream and cake . Local wine was very tasty as was the brandy and coffees.
Natalie continued talking with us , she is so knowledgeable and an interesting person totalkeuth. Had a really lovely evening. The bed was really comfortable and slept through until morning . Breakfast was cheese and ham toast with bread and honey , hams yoghurt and a lovely custard cte pie. Plenty of coffee and a further interesting chat. Wouldhighlytrcommrnd Lithos guesthouse to everyone! Perfect stay and beautiful place to be. Intend on visiting for longer next time. Fabulous stay over to see the monasteries 

Excellent guest house, friendly, family friendly, large room, great, clean, with a view of the mountains. A great family to welcome you. We eat, dine and breakfast. Everything is homemade, good and cheap. A great breakfast, plenty and quality. Thanks to the owner who brought us to the train station, he took us and let us request a taxi. A fabulous home and rural site to visit Meteora. Very close to the road that starts the ascent to the foot.

It was an enjoyable and unforgettable stay at Meteora.

On my trip through Northern Greece I planned to stay in Litos for 2 days, and ended up spending 4 wonderful days, which I will remember thanks to the warmth of the soul of the beautiful people - Natasha and Spiros, a family with a big letter. Starting from the comfort in the room (I had a large three-bedroom with a balcony, a view of the Meteor and the Adrachti stone, a large bathroom), a full breakfast (yogurt with honey, a sandwich, a cake, part of taking with me to the mountains and it was enough for dinner), until I planned the route together for 3 days (I walked to the monastery and walked down the mountain paths, to keep the weather cool in March) Natasha was in my room.. Thanks to the angels and the travelers, I was able to see more of you in a literal sense and thank you for the words and prayers that helped me.
