Nothing special, dips and salads are absolutely tasteless: greek salad (horiatiki) was a disgrace, these people are saving massively on seasoning. You could look for olive oil for ages and not find it.
Taramasalata (fish roe dip) tasted like old bread.
At least the main courses were OK (sofrito and octopus).

I'm really perplexed as to how such an accommodation facility (I'm referring to rooms for rent) can be used by many customers. The room on the second floor, occupied by my wife and I, was really shabby. Poor sanitary and structural conditions. The bathroom has encrusted taps, walls with mold and cracks, behind the toilet bowl there was a masonry recess with a cockpit full of papers and I don't know what else... I advise everyone not to go to this obsolete structure which is beyond any logic of cleanliness, order and hygiene. In my opinion clients you risk catching an illness in these rooms.

A real shame.

Stopped here on our last day as we explored the village and walked up to the Kaiser Throne viewpoint.

Service was fantastic and the couple that served us were super friendly.

Food was delicious and fresh, I had a chicken slouvaki with some of the most delicious mash potato I’ve ever had. My wife enjoyed a lovely creamy vegetable risotto.

2 meals and 2 drinks was extremely reasonable, came in about €35.

Deliciously fresh food and top service

We chose Jimmys out of all the others after reading reviews and recommendations, we weren’t disappointed. The food was delicious, and of course the portion sizes are huge which you forget about. Our first night we shared the corfiot salad, a seafood platter and had an orange pie each, how we managed that I don’t know but it was to die for. The second night we had fresh fish that was bought for us that day by Spiros. Not sure if I had room for desert that night. The next 2 nights  one of us had the Moussaka but I had the shrimp risotto two nights on the trot it was so delicious, I had to share an orange pie. The last night we went with another couple, it was their last night as well, I think we all waddled down the road to get the last shuttle bus to our hotel. Sad to be leaving.
Wonderful food served by a fantastic host. If we are in Corfu again we will definitely be going back.

Fantastic fresh delicious food.

We spent a very pleasant evening in Pelekas! The restaurant has a nice terrace right next to a small church, we ordered calamari and a traditional fish dish called Bourdeto (which was a bit unexpected but really good). Very friendly and accommodating staff!

We ate at jimmies on Friday night the service was 2nd to none the food was extremely good and the local wine was Delicious.
We were welcomed by the owner and guided through the menu ….
The 4 of us had different meals and all loved what we chosen….
I will be revisiting Jimmy’s next time we’re in corfu …

Great place to eat local food cooked well

Το συγκεκριμένο εστιατόριο είναι απλό. Όμως έχει υπέροχα πιάτα. Συνίσταται για οικογένειες κυρίως. 

This restaurant is simple in comparison with others in the area around. But it has a very delicious menu. It's recommended for families.

We had dinner here last night and it was great. Everyone was so friendly and efficient. Food was great and a full authentic Greek experience. The 2 little boys who also helped out were outstanding and were polite and super fast with their help. Definitely recommend.

Really recommend

Never again!! I stayed here last year and never again!! I found the room was dirty and the food was very average at best. On my last day I was woken up and told to leave the room at 7 am in order to make way for the new incoming guests. They also charged me twice for my room and when I asked them for a refund on the second charge, they claimed it wasn't their fault but the bank's and I'd have to sort it out with them. Avoid this place like the plague!!!!

Terrible accommodation

Jimmy's is located in a strategic location: located in Pelekas, a hilly village in the central part of the island, 15 minutes by taxi from the airport (or, alternatively, you can take two buses, passing from the capital), 30 minutes from Corfu Town, and in a little over an hour you can reach the most extreme points of the island. The staff is super friendly and available. The room, very essential, has a balcony with (intra) view on it.
