Best view ever! 
Every morning we wake up with the sea in front of us drinking coffee and making memories for a lifetime. We spent 9 days here with family and friends. The villa was comfortable and clean, situated on a hill with spectacular sea and mountain views
Costa is a fantastic host, friendly, welcoming and happy to have a chat and give recommendations on where to go, places to see.
This location is great for exploring the whole island and its beautiful views and beaches.
Definitely recommend this place, especially if you enjoy an amazing sunrise overlooking the sea.

Best view ever!

We were thrilled by the wonderful view from the balcony. We enjoyed the sunset every night. The hosts are very friendly and will help with everything. Every morning a good breakfast, beautiful surroundings around the house, plenty of relaxation areas and unforgettable views from the balcony. We will definitely be back here again.

Wonderful vacation

The entrance to the Casa leads through a slightly narrow cul-de-sac street. The reception was very nice. The hotel is very nicely above the street. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the view from the balcony is impressive. You can get very quickly to Agios Nikitas where you can eat very well and enjoy the Milos Beach (recommended).

Nice quiet accommodation with very nice hosts

This place is a gem.  Every room has a large balcony overlooking the beautiful sea and has stunning sunset views.  It's close to the famous beaches of Kathisma, Mylos, Megali Petra.  The turn off to the hotel is right after the turn off to Kathisma Beach.  The couple that runs it is amazing.  They made our stay so comfortable.  They are warm, inviting, friendly and hospitable.  There are lots of small extras they provide like a welcoming wine.  The room is large enough and has A/C, a flat screen TV, wardrobe closet and drawers, bar fridge, free large bottle of water.  We enjoyed our free morning coffees on the balcony with the stunning view.  The best place we stayed at during our 2 week holidays in Greece.  Highly recommended!  The hosts are amazing!  5 STARS.

Gorgeous Sea View and Sunsets

We slept 4 nights in this delicious B&B and we recommend it. We had a delicious room on the second floor, sea view (which unforgettable sunsets!), clean, comfortable even if spartan, good bed, wide counter. At night with the open window you could feel the sea of nearby Kathisma. Very kind and available owners, they gave us many useful tips.

It's perfect.

If you are looking for the friendly atmosphere, unforgetable sea view, clean and tidy but simple rooms - this place is for you. 3 beatifull beaches are reachable within walking distance, big parking place and what is the most important - friendly hosts Kristinas and Kostas ready to serve and solve any issue. All this together creates the best holiday package. I enjoyed every moment staying there.

Worth to choose

We stayed there for three nights and had a wonderful time. The view from the rooms is fantastic just in the evening to sunset. It's beautifully quiet. The hosts took great care of us, played free shuttle service to the next beach (Katishma) twice. Otherwise we would have been 15 minutes on foot. The breakfast was also extensive, only fruits and vegetables were missing. For the journey a car or scooter would be very helpful. The public bus goes either Ag. Nikita or to Katishma beach, which means about 15-20 minutes on foot each. Whereas the bus can also go out on demand to a campsite in Katishma, there are only 5 minutes on foot from there to Summar:-) We would really recommend that you go back to Summar at any time, and we would recommend it again.

Wonderful Accommodation With Helpful Hosts

We arrived at the hotel late at night and the owners waited for us with warmth and kindness. Kostas the very nice owner together with his wife Kristina, helped us carry the very heavy bags that distinguish us. The room is a bit narrow but the view is a real spectacle! The bed is comfortable and the terrace is a sightseeing spot. This is Greece we like!! Congratulations to the owners, they are very friendly and friendly, we hope to see them again soon!

At the reception we were very friendly and warmly received. There was a traditional meal as a welcome. The whole facility is very clean. The facility is very warmly decorated. Flowers, plants and olive trees are very nice to see next to the sea and mountains. The house is facing west. Say, there is a fantastic sea view with sunset, to see. The room is well equipped. Refrigerator and air conditioning. There are fresh towels and the room is regularly cleaned. The facility is very nice. The facility is on the west coast. Here are also the most beautiful beaches within easy walking distance. With your family car (about 5 minutes' drive) we can reach 3 beaches in the morning. We have a very nice trip and a very nice experience. We also want to be able to enjoy the beach and the rest of the year. This is a very pleasant experience. We want to be able to enjoy the beach and the beaches of Costa Rica again. This is a very enjoyable day and I want to be able to enjoy it in October.
