I am writing this review on my last day at Gianna Studios. I had a week in a hotel in Nidri then decided to extend my holiday for a second week. The hotel had no rooms available. On the net I found availability at Gianna Studios. I walked to them, met Dimitri and he showed me the room. Done deal. The cheap price includes WIFI, safe and air con. The lovely friendly family live on site. As a sole traveller and a woman of a certain age I was made to feel welcome and secure. The bed sheets are crisp and fresh, towels changed all the time!  Everything clean . It's a 20 minute amble into Nidi and a steep hill up to the apartments. Views are stunning! 
I wouldn't hesitate recommending these apartments for a value for money getaway.

Wonderful view of simple rooms with wifi and air conditioning...frigo bar corner cooking...and safe deposit boxes. The operators are a wonderful family...always available.Top vacation. We'll definitely be back soon.

 Dimitris informed us about any questions we had about the island. It is very close to the center of Nydri.

We talked through the phone with the guy who owns the place. We agreed on the amount of 25eur. When we for there we told us that we had to pay 150eur. He was completely calm and sure about it, despite the fact that we talked at least 4 times on the phone the previous day confirming the amount we had to pay. The location is horrible, in the middle of nowhere, there is no parking and the rooms were not impressive. there is no pool, no kitchen. The owner did not even apologize and did not even try to help us find something else (we were a family!). Absolutely horrible. be careful people are trying to steal money fro you. totally anti-professional. This guy has no idea what politeness and hospitality are.

worst of the worst place in the island

The room had a wonderful view on the sea. The owners are nice and helpful as it is usually in Greece. The room is perfectly equipped for the price you pay. I remind that a studio is neither an apartment nor a hotel room, it is a greek formula to give flexibility to the travellers at a very good price. Plus, the view is superlative. View, helpfulness and Greece

Apartment small bed uncomfortable with very small bathroom without shower plate and without bidet and old boy. the owner is scurvy and indisposed and also rude. only positive note the scenery and the cleanliness. but I will not go back because on vacation I go there to relax not to get stressed...eye!!!

to be avoided

We stayed for 8 days in one room at Gianna Studios. It was a wonderful time here. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the place is very quiet. The owner is a great person. I recommend this accommodation near Nidri. During our stay the sheets was changed. We want to come back to this property and spend more time there. Many beaches are close to this accommodation and Passa Beach is the best of them.

Wonderful week at Gianna

We stayed at Gianna Studio for a week, our room on the second floor was clean and cozy with a nice terrace. The managers were very kind and available during our stay. From Gianna Studio in about 10/15 minutes on foot you can reach the centre of Nidri.

The perfect vacation.

Nice apartment in a fraction of Nidri, the busiest town on the island of Lefkada. Spacious place, with a flatless shower (floor is directly wet) and a space to cook really too small. Also you park on the street (without problems) and you walk a short but very steep climb. So they split, but very clean. In the middle of the week they change sheets and towels. Comfortable bed. Wifi well functioning. Owners always available. Our apartment has a balcony with a beautiful sea view.

Summer vacation study

I went on vacation from 11/08 to 18/08 and as soon as I arrived the rooms weren't ready, this is at 9:00 in the morning at midday either, rented the scooter didn't park it under the residence but on the street... It's that road slope at 14% to face for 70 meters from the road to the residence if you go by car always because there is no parking for cars, the apartment small bed uncomfortable kitchen is very small and if you cook in the room the smell stays stagnant the bathroom without douche and dishes and even old man if someone goes to the bathroom in the side apartments you feel an unpleasant smell and to finish the bathroom is badly worn and poorly English and you speak easily... note the panorama from my room but not all of it has been useful... I hope that the apartment has been used for a good year.
