OK for the bedroom as well as the bathroom (no toilet seat) - guests are not reminded of the order when they do not wear the mask, breakfast table not cleaned or changed, we have breakfast after other people!! currently it is risky, no set or nothing, you have to claim plates or we would eat the dirty napkin, the staff does not systematically have a mask and do not understand English - breakfast side it is not even worthy of a campanile!! only positive point: beautiful swimming pool and if you like quiet places go your way

Nice hotel, colorful and friendly. Staff friendly, kind and friendly. The structure is really nice: clean rooms, small but beautiful, right by the sea and with its own parking.

Coloured

We stayed here 2 years ago for a stopover and this year did the same, spending 2 nights.  Our experience was good again.  The pool is nice and the beach excellent.  With hindsight we should have stayed longer as Loutraki is a good area to be.  There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.

Another good stopover

We spent three nights in the hotel, which was not old but looked old. Rooms were rather small, with a lot of parking. Although on the beach, but 500 meters from the pedestrian zone. Breakfast is not recommended, neither the food nor the empty breakfast room itself. Staff at the reception were unable to use their own credit card reader.

A nice hotel right on the beach, just outside the pedestrian zone. Unfortunately, we had a basement room as we were three. The room was very clean but very dark. Breakfast would be more like breakfast in the middle. Otherwise the hotel is very nice and the owners and staff are very friendly. Only for the room is an outlet.

The hotel is over priced and the photos are not representative. We planned on staying two nights but left after one. We were almost insulted at the check out for not having cash to pay for drinks at the bar. The bills from the bar we’re handwritten scribbles on little white notes. The pool is nice. And some of the employees were very gracious. We stayed in the semi basement. There is nothing “semi” about it. 

Avoid. 

I spent 3 nights with my friends there. It was really pretty, clean and nice people. Every day they changed out towels and cleaned our room. The pool was really good and the sea is 30 seconds away from hotel. I’d totally recommend!
Also there’s a little town near the hotel with really nice bars and restaurants.

Really nice hotel

We spend a vacation every year in Loutraki.  And every time try a new places. One day we try to rest in beach zone of this hotel. We order fresh orange juices, freddo espresso and still water. In 30 minutes girl who took our order said that they haven’t already fresh juices, on water and coffee she forgot. “amazing service”. Then We took drinks next close beach. After this girl and hotel managers come and said that our sunbeds ll cost 10 euro. Manager didnt apogize for their service and ask us leave their beach due we buy drinks from another beach, inspite that we was with 3 small children. So i was really surprised for this unexpected awful service, they very slow and not client oriented staff. I dont recommend stay here.

Awful unexpected service

We are on the Loutraki waterfront, a somewhat anonymous place, although populated by people and locals. The hotel, of a maximum of one floor, extends with groups of rooms in various pavilions that end in a beautiful swimming pool at the back. The rooms are carefully furnished although with shallow spaces. Breakfast has all the typical dishes although not excellent except to be served on a beautiful terrace by the sea.

Curated beach hotel

This was just a stopover for us on the way to Kefalonia from Athens.  We would quite happily have stayed a bit longer had we known how nice the area is.  There was some confusion at check-in as they had not for some reason looked at the Booking.com reservation.  We ended up being upgraded to a room on the ground floor which was very nice.  Despite being close to the entrance, it was very quiet.  Both the sea/beach and pool were very nice, although the owner was a bit grumpy with our young daughter (who is a strong swimmer) using the pool without us being more than a metre from her.  Breakfast was quite basic, but that seems to be normal in Greece.  

I can also confirm that credit cards are not yet accepted.
