Check-in with Sara was quick, friendly, and she did a good job of providing all necessary details, while also escorting us to our room.  The hotel is located off of an alley, which provides a nice feeling of being removed from the chaotic two-way streets of Pefkohori.  There was minimal road noise, as the busier streets are far enough away.  The hotel complex had a family feel to it, where many residents were lounging on their back patios / balconies and all around the pool.  The presence of other families outside seemed to be a constant throughout the day.  

The room itself was well equipped.  It had a kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, two burner range, several pots and other dining necessities, and a sink.  One could easily cook up a small, simple meal.  The room was outfitted with the standard fare of a wardrobe, small desk, two end tables, and several beds.  The mattresses were very firm.  Extra blankets and pillows were provided in the wardrobe.  

The bathroom had a larger than average shower, which is always appreciated.  There is seldom an exhaust fan to help alleviate the humidity, but a small window did assist.  The water temperature was very nice, as was the ability to hang the shower wand from the wall.  One can use the toilet to the fullest, as is customary in Western countries.  

The Wi-Fi in the room was extremely weak.  It could be improved by opening the shutter doors which lead to the back patio / balcony.  This improvement was minimal.  Better reception can be received on the patio / balcony though.  

The neighbors were a little loud from time to time, but never very late.  The noise did not come from between rooms (i.e. through thin walls), but seemed to be noticeable when others were outside of their rooms.  

The pool area looked very nice with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and regular chairs.  We did not use the pool, therefore I cannot provide further comment.  Except to mention that it was full during most of the day.  

The dirt parking lot is located behind a padlocked gate, which is located approximately 50m past the alley to the hotel.  There is signage for both the hotel entrance and the parking lot.  One must check-in to the hotel before receiving the key to the padlock securing the parking area.  The streets in this town are somewhat congested making off-street parking a welcome luxury.

This is perfect place ) for people with kid and without . . If it’s too much sun you can stay near clean big pool . Service is height level , they are smiling , try to help you in any case ) I will return here ! Aloni - you really do it with heart )

when we arrived at Aloni suites we were quite dismayed to find we were the only people staying ther !!! but the service did not suffer the accomodatiopn is good extremely clean and comfortable,,, lovely pool  and everywhere was well kept and of high standard  Vasia was a sweetheart so helpful cant wait to go back

The staff were reasonably welcoming. We were in room 13.
This hotel  is well placed as far as the beaches, bus stops, restaurants, supermarkets and shops for which I would give it  4 out of 5, however!
It is really a studio? Two large single beds pushed together and a third smaller bed. The bedding didn't fit and we found holes in all of the bedding that was supplied. The plus was that the sheets and towels were changed every 3/4 days. There is a blanket each 3 in total. 3 out of 5.
There is a balcony overlooking the swimming pool partially obscured by a flowering tree which overhung the balcony with some very sharp spikes - suggest it needs cutting back. 3 out of 5. 
This was supposed to be a hotel offering self-catering facilities in this they have failed. The self-catering was a lift up cupboard about 6 feet in length comprising of two rusting hot plates which surprisingly did work, an extractor fan and a sink. No preparation area, no real cupboard space for food items, a kettle, 2 pans and a frying pan. There is a small fridge (again this was old and partly damaged) with a box freezer underneath and the cupboard beside had a swing out bin. For this I'd give 2 out of 5.
Cleanliness was average to poor so 2 1/2 out of 5.
There is a flat screen TV offering a good selection of channels with many English ones. 
The pool area is very well looked after and there are plenty of sunbeds and parasols. There is the larger pool and a children's small pool. 4 out of 5.
Security boxes and air con cost extra but the WiFi is free and quite good during the day but can't cope at night.
There is an upstairs bar area overlooking the pool which is nice. The prices were quite expensive and not the best value the coffee, frappe and tea were pretty poor though the bar staff was very pleasant.
Would I recommend it - yes but not for self-catering.

Mixed feelings.

This is a really nice small hotel towards the back of Pefkohori with lovely views of the hills and a nice pool and gardens. It is well located with just short walks to the beach and the traditional Old Square. The staff are friendly and helpful.  It is very relaxing and peaceful during the day but some of the residents are noisy at night, chatting on their balconies in the early hours, moving furniture and banging doors. There are also noisy dogs in the neighbourhood.

Lovely hotel ... but some residents!

The rooms were clean and spacious..good size fridge..We did not cook but there is a small hob and kettle ideal for a morning or afternoon coffee.
Only 5 mins walk to beach and commercial centre.in a quiet area. Spotless clean rooms and pool...great for a quiet getaway. Pool gets a bit noisy but hotel staff are quite strict about the noise which I think is good when parents leave their kids unattended. I would definitely go back again...

"Wonderful small hotel"

Just returned from a week here...Hotel and gardens well kept but don't come here if your looking for peace and quiet....we have been away many times in school holidays but never experienced anything like this.... children running around screaming and slamming doors well after midnight not to mention the people who came in about five in the morning and treated us to pretty much the same....we did complain to the rep who said she would sort it out...it was quiet for one night and then back to normal so we definitely would not return to the Aloni...The resort itself is ok though not a lot to do and there are very few English people here...all in all nice place spoilt by peoples selfish attitude...

Never again...

Couldn’t wait to get home nice well maintained hotel gardens and pool but needs a bit of an update! Not a right lot to do to be honest bars don’t have music and if they play it very low pool no music if they put some kind of music on I think would attract the holiday makers to stay round it otherwise it’s ghost town! And if you’re an animal lover I wouldn’t step one foot there as hundreds of poor cats with kittens starving never seen anything like it shocking in a very poor area to be honest and locals very arrogant and ignorant won’t be going there again!

Stayed at the aloni for a week

We arrived here 1st of june 19.
Its a small hotel quite peaceful ideal for couples.
Its really a little gem of a place.
Its almost centre for the resort but not to close for the busy part.
Its about 10 minutes straight down to the beach.
5 minutes from the main shopping areas and around 4 minutes to the old square were there's 3 restuarants and a couple of small shops.
There's plenty of shops offering souviners little shoe shops clothes and dotted around are plenty of cafes restaurants all along the main road and down most if the side streets leading down to the beach.
There's more here than meets the eye so were if to discover what else we can find.

It is a very nice place!! Nice and big rooms that were always clean a very nice pool thst we enjoyed sunbathing and beers !! And it is very close to an amazing square that had some nice restaurants with live music and people dancing! We really enjoyed it ! It is definitely a value for money hotel especially in August that everything was too expensive in the area !
