Although we booked our vacation quite last minute this summer, me along with my family have never thought we’d pick such a spectacular place to stay in Skiathos, as Atrium Villas proved to be. 
      However long and tedious the road to the villa seems to be (aproximately 12 minutes by car), when you arrive up there, nothing matters anymore. The view from our villa was absolutely mesmerising. Being positioned at the top of the island, you are able to capture with just a glance the beautiful Aegean Sea and the islands that surround Skiathos.
       The housing conditions were one of a kind, the rooms were tidied every day by very kind and heartwarming people. The villa is very spacious, while also the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms being fully equipped with all the amenities you would ever dream of. Personally, we didn’t feel the need of anything extra. 
       We visited Greece around mid September, when the weather is not as hot as it is in August, but that is what made it more amazing, for in the evenings when the weather was getting cooler, we used to spend time in our villa’s terrace, not only enjoying the view, but also having a bit of fun with one of the cats there, which was super friendly and eager to receive tons of cuddles. 
       Moreover, the staff is very polite and one call away from helping you in any way you might need. We communicated amazingly with Lucia (the administrator of the villas), who has been attentive to our every question and recommended us the top places in Skiathos to visit. 
       It goes without saying that we had a wonderful time at Atrium Villas and we are definitely considering returning as soon as possible, given that the island itself has been a miraculous place.

Great vacation

We stayed at Atrium Villas for two weeks in July and loved every minute of it. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, with contemporary, stylish interiors and the garden and pool were incredibly beautiful and very well kept. There was daily housekeeping and pool cleaning and the villa was always in top condition. The outdoor grill patio is a wonderful experience, with spectacular views of the mainland and sunset—not to be missed! A special shout out to Lucia, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. She organised a boat trip for us, gave great restaurant recommendations, and was always available for advice or guidance when we needed it. Am already looking forward to my next visit!

A dream of a holiday at Atrium Villas

We just spent two weeks at the Atrium Villas late September 2021. It is a truly remarkable place for a vacation. The views in every direction are breathtaking. The villas are situated almost at the highest point of the island and oriented due west, so the sunsets were spectacular. We couldn't get enough of the views. We enjoyed yoga on the patio in the morning and loved watching the stars after sunset. 

With great views also comes driving up and down hills, so renting a 4x4 is recommended. We switched cars after 3 days for that reason. It also allowed us to access more remote beaches. 

The villas are beautifully designed with all amenities one could hope for. And the layout is very flexible so we were able to adjust as the weather and our family required. Even though there was daily service of the villa and the pool the service  was never intrusive. The architectural design is what drew us to the villas to begin with and we weren't disappointed. 

Lucia, our hostess was very accommodating and eager to help us with any request we had. She even made reservations at local restaurants for us. She was also very generous and helpful when we had to make some last minute changes to our booking due to health challenges of one family member. 

None of us wanted to leave and we definitely hope to come back. A place to unplug and unwind in style. Fantastic!

Fantastic views

I stayed at one of the Atrium villas in June 2021 with my family and we had the most amazing holidays. The villas are so well designed, very new and equipped with absolutely everting one might need. The view is just stunning and the houses are located on a tranquil hillside. Everything was extremely clean and housekeeping and the pool guy came every day. Lucia, the owner, is simply amazing and was there every day to help us with reservations, trip ideas and she even booked us a boat trip. There was absolutely no downside to our stay at the villas. They are simply amazingly-well designed and equipped.

A true paradise

The location of this group of three villas is breathtaking, we are in the northeastern part of the island on a slope entirely covered by a forest of pine and olive trees.

It's an ecstatic vision.

I went here with my family and friends in September and I cannot put in to words just how amazing the villa is. The location, the staff, Lucia (the manageress) - everything is 100% absolutely perfect!

It's located relatively high up on one of the many hills/mountains on Skiathos so the views are spectacular. They look down on to the sea and a far away island. There are four villas located together but apart from that it is quiet and isolated. Even with the other three villas occupied we hardly saw anyone or heard anyone.

Lucia was ever so helpful and made our holiday even more enjoyable. She will recommend the best beaches to go, she will recommend and even make reservations at restaurants.

If you're going to Greece, do not bother with any of the other islands. Just go to Skiathos and stay at Atrium Villas!

The most perfect place to relax and holiday in Greece

Our family have just spent a truly wonderful week in the Atrium Villas ;
The views are truly impressive,the Villas are  immaculate and the service from our host  could not have been any better, from making reservations to general knowledge about skiathos.
We did not want to leave, all of our family were totally chilled staying in these Villas...

Outstanding views

The hotel is at a great location near the beach and with beautiful views, however it needs serious renovation and staff training.

I forgot to place the do not disturb at night and the cleaning crew knocked on my door 4 times between 8 am and 11 am. Really disturbed my sleep. Amenities are old and badly maintained. There was no soap replacement,  the blow dryer was so old it barely worked, the towels and sheets felt cheap. The beds where uncomfortable. 

For a price of around 180$/night I expected  higher quality of amenities and better trained staff. It almost felt like price gouging

Overpriced, and poorly maintained

This place is truly amazing! We had the pleasure to stay at one of the Atrium Villas for 16 nights and we were really sad to leave this beautiful place after perfect holidays! The Villa was designed by a great architect, enriched with a lovely inferior design concept. 

The villas are situated on top of a little hill which ensures privacy but as Skiathos is a small island everything can be reached easily and within a short amount of time. You definitely need a car here so that you can explore the island in the best way. We would recommend a 4x4 as it is required for some roads and makes your life easier :)

The villas are cleaned every day and you'll find everything in the villa you need for a perfect vacation. We stayed at the house with up to 4 adults and 4 children which worked out great as all bedrooms have their privacy. 

From the booking request to the departure everything was perfectly organized. Lucia and her husband gave us great recommendations for beaches, restaurants, etc. which made our life on the island much easier. Lucia was always there to help and her outstanding service and great help is a huge value added for any guest who stays here.

The island of Skiathos is beautiful and you can still find some beaches that are not crowded - even in August. We loved to explore this beautiful place!

We can highly recommend staying at Atrium Villas! We had the best holidays here! Oh and the views of the villas are stunning!!

Amazing!!!

We had a relaxing time in the Atrium Villa. It is very quiet and wonderful. You have a fantastic view of the sea. The house is beautiful and built and furnished with a lot of attention to detail. We were there with our teenagers, who also liked it very much. With very young children, a holiday in the villa is probably a little more difficult because of the many stairs and the pool. It is suitable for families who value rest and relaxation and time together very much. The house is cleaned daily and the pool and the garden too. This is extremely comfortable and supports the relaxation. To reach the villa, you definitely need to go further. The street is curved and steep and it's taken to the pool. Lucia is a late guest. She took care of the rest and relaxation and shared time. The house is cleaned every day and the pool and the garden are also cleaned. We have been staying in the hotel for a very long time, but we have been in contact with her baby. We have been staying in a fantastic pool until the third night, but we have not had a very good time in the hotel.
