Economical and spacious accommodation. Very clean room, nice reception of the owner. Walking to the boiler in less than a minute; more machinery to use public transport: better taxis although expensive.

Holy in the Heart

We were very disapointed with our stay at Gaby’s rooms. The place is ok and clean, but the small details aren’t there to make us feel comfortable (uncomfortable bed, no place to hang wet clothes or towels, noisy). We were awakened twice by room cleanup (no sign « do not disturb » available). This was the most disappointing place we stayed at during our 3 week trip in Greece. 

Very disapointing

Located in Firosfefani (outside the chaos of Fira) where you can reach with a walk of about 20 minutes. In the opposite direction you can reach Imerovigli. A few steps away you have a fantastic view, in the area there are both a small market and some restaurants. Our room was essential, not too large but comfortable. The owner proved to be available and kind. Good quality/price ratio. NB. To reach the structure from the port/airport and vice versa serve 2 buses, we for convenience had a taxi called by the owner (25 € for the airport).

Smart solution to visit Santorini

We stayed here for 4 nights: it is located at the beginning of Firostefani, just up the street from the main road (which, following it, you can reach Fira in just under 10 minutes). Simple structure, with classic white and blue colors: the Spartan room, with everything necessary, comfortable bed, closet, bathroom in good condition (lacks bidet), refrigerator (they have made us find a water bottle inside), tablecloth, plates, glasses and shelves. There is also a small balcony with table and two chairs.

Structure in good condition and cleanliness guaranteed

These are obviously not rooms overlooking the caldera... but small rooms located in a nearby annex. The neighborhood is one of the most pleasant on the island. Well designed with a small balcony, the rooms are of impeccable cleanliness. The price of the room is relatively right for Santorini (which is generally off-price). Located near the bus stop for buses returning from Oia. For other directions you have to go to the main station which is located 15 minutes walk and it goes down!

The Annex: A good choice

The location is just perfect. Close to everything. We walked everywhere. It’s a 5 minutes walked from Fira and the main streets. The room was also spacious and very clean. We had someone cleaning our room everyday. I’m definitely coming back!

Perfect location

The location of the hotel is perfect: the area is quiet but on foot, taking in all the views, you can get to both Thira and I Merovigli in about 10 minutes enjoying an amazing view.

On our sixth holiday to Santorini we discovered Gaby Rooms and Mrs. Maria and we will never change them for anyone else! Magnificent! Excellent location, perfect cleaning, quiet rooms, moderate price. Mrs. Maria was then of a magnificent kindness and hospitality, we will surely return to this paradise in paradise!

The best!

Great location because slightly backwards compared to the main road. In 10 min Max on foot so pleasant you reach the center of Fira or Thira as you say. Immediately behind there is a beautiful view from a terrace or parking on the Caldera. Firostefani bus stopped right below but as before in 10 minutes you reach the bus stop that I recommend to turn around the island. Clean room with daily towel change and sheet change every 2 g. Quiet and air conditioned I recommend this structure for the lady's upstairs. Immediately there are also apartments that overlook the caldera with a breathless view but when I booked it was all full. In the fridge in the room I found a bottle of courtesy water gifted to us and in the lady's check a note for a reminder.

Good structure in excellent position

Very functional rooms, useful for those who want support and want to turn around, are located a few steps from the view of the Firostefani caldera. Cleanliness is at its highest since they refine the chimney every day. The room is a little small and do not always have available double beds for couples, we have happened to two single beds joined with a divider in the middle.
