This place offered great caldera views in Firostefani and stunning sunsets away from the hubub of Fira. We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. Staff were all super friendly. The route to get to the suites, like many places in Santorini are not wheelchair accessible but luckily it is not too far from the main road. We had a lovely hot tub which we used a lot. The suites are nicely stocked with basics when you arrive- bottled water, bread, milk, yogurt, juice, etc which was a really nice touch. 
Only negatives were that the bathroom was extremely poorly lit and the shower was pretty useless (hand held with almost  zero power and varying temperatures). Also the breakfast was not great- eggs with a sweet dish so we went to eat out. Otherwise, a great place to stay.

Nice views

Beautiful views of the caldera! Breakfast was exceptional and service was amazing! The staff are so friendly and the hotel really is the perfect location! Santorini is a real workout to get around so make sure to bring your trainers!

Breathtaking views with large rooms. Beds and pillows are comfy. Showers are large.
The jacuzzi is a perfect size.
It’s in a nice quiet spot - lots of privacy. 
Walking distance to the main spots in fira.

A memorable stay we won’t forget

I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Exclusive Plan Suites. The staff were amazing and truly went out of their way to help us whenever we needed it, from check in, to advice on getting around, and everything in between. The caldera view from our room was breathtaking. The hot-tub was always a welcome sight after a long day of hill climbing and walking (take the hike to Oia if you get the chance!), and it was always warm. Breakfast was served every morning, and there was always more than enough to eat. Location-wise, this spot is pretty convenient. We were only about a 10-12 minute walk to the shops in Fira (with great views along the way), so we never felt like we were far from whatever we wanted to do, but Firostefani is much quieter than Fira so it was nice to get back to the room after a day out and have a relaxing evening looking out over the water and checking out the cruise ships. 

I'm not sure what is going on with the beds, but we woke up rested every day! Probably the best sleeps we've ever had on vacation.

It's just an amazing, romantic, clean hotel with a wonderful view of the sea. The staff are impeccable, we feel they're doing everything to make the best of our stay.

A perfect and romantic stay

We have booked a room at exclusive plan hotel 1 month ago and 1 day before arrival tjey canceled our reservation. It was terrible because they informed us in the last minute. We could have booked another place if they informed us earlier. Very poor booking managment. For sure we found another hotel the same day as it not high season in santorini in february. But if we would be there in april it would be difficult. Anyway I hope this will never happen again to the oyher hotel guests.

Canceled our reservation in the last day

We were in santorini for 3 nights. We arrived from paris in santorinia nd the weather was not good windy and cloudy most of the time. The hotel had a lot of staris to climb and was far from the parking. We had to carry our bags for more than 500 meters. The room was small and old. The furnitures were old too. The view was not bad but nyway not as in the pictures. We were not happy with our choice and I dont recomand this hotel for the price they charge. We could have found a better one with the same price or cheaper.

Not as in pictures not as described

I would not recommend Exclusive Plan Suites as they cheated me out of ~500 Euros.

I made a booking at their hotel pre-Covid and then due to Covid, I like many others, was unable to travel to Greece.  I worked with the hotel to obtain a voucher that could be redeemed at a future date.  Due to the Covid lasting longer than anticipated the voucher was extended several times through 12/31/21 (this required me proactively reach out to them during certain dates) and eventually they stated they could offer a full refund as long as I contacted them in January of 2022.

I sent them an email on January 2nd, 2022 and they failed to respond.  I contacted them again several months later and they refused to provide me a refund stating that I did not contact them in the time window they stated.  I provided evidence of sending them the email on January 2nd, 2022, and while they acknowledged it was an error on their side that they did not respond that I'm out of luck and that they will not be providing me a refund.

I attempted to work with them in good faith to find a resolution for several weeks, but they were steadfast in not offering a refund despite their mistake (and threatened to sue me if I wrote a review of my experience).  As a consumer, I feel cheated by this hotel and I want to warn others as I found they do not follow through on their commitments are OK cheating customers.

Cheated out of 500 Euros by Exclusive Plan Suites

The location is perfect which not much walking to the accommodation. 
We were let in early as our Ferry got in around 11am. 
Staff are amazing and welcoming and came to meet us at our taxi and take us to the suites. 
We had the master suite which had both a great view of the sunset and view of Fira. 
Our room had a plunge pool which was the perfect temperature. 
The suite had everything you can ever need for your stay. 
One thing we really loved is the suites are located away from heavy footfall areas, so privacy was really good, especially compared to visiting Oia where tourists are all over your accommodation taking pictures. 
If you go out your accommodation and turn left and walk up the hill you will get all the perfect photo locations you can ever need including blue roof churches etc. 

For the value you pay for this particular suite, you get everything you need for a perfect overnight stay in Santorini. My photos show how good, 

Cons. 
There was no welcome drinks, finger food or stocked fridge as advertised. 
The lady seemed very busy to bother her so we went to the supermarket up the road and bought some.

Great location, hot tub and sunset view.

Enjoyed our privacy in a quiet part of town, yet only a 10 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Fira. Clean, convenient and very friendly staff. Ioanna at the front desk went out of her way to make to accommodate us. She was quite helpful in planning our day trips and renting a car.
