Fabulous hotel with the friendliest staff possible. Hotel was spotlessly clean, we had a large size room with a balcony overlooking the caldera which i’d recommend if available. Delicious cooked to order breakfast with good choice. Great location a short stop to bus station with buses which will take you all over the island. The staff however are what makes this place special; always kind, smiling & nothing too much trouble. A big thank you from us!

We just spent a night there but we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to your team for creating such a wonderful environment for your guests!!! Everyone was friendly and we have to admit that our experience exceeded our expectations!!!❤️❤️

Friendliest people

Jacob and Lia who run this small hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made us breakfast to order every morning and always had a smile. Our only disappointment was the bathroom… it was very small and the shower particularly tiny so enquire as I do think there are larger ones according to pictures online. Our room was immaculate and had a balcony where you could see the sun rise in the morning. Towels, toiletries, slippers and fridge and safe in room. Out front we could sit with a glass of wine and watch the sunset. The hotel has only 8 rooms. So was lovely and quiet. Only saw people at breakfast. The location of the hotel was a one minute walk to a supermarket, a two minute walk to the bus station where buses could take you all over the island and a five minute walk to all restaurants and shops. Couldn’t have been a better location. A pool and bar area are being added for next year and this will make this small hotel perfect. Reception was from 7.30-5 but Jacob and Lia were on call if you needed them. A different type of stay for us but very enjoyable and that was down to Jacob and Lia making us feel very welcome.

After having written over 300 reviews I find it difficult to write this review because despite some positive aspects this hotel presents relevant criticisms. Surely the owner and husband are very attentive and kind. The breakfast express is good although there are few alternatives for those who do not want to have the breakfast express. Coming to the negative aspects my room more than having a view of the sea had a view of a parking lot (see other photo); for even the view on the caldera is distorted by a dismantled hood. The hotel is located along a fast-moving street near Fira. My room was small with a bathroom and a minus one shower.

Kindness is not enough

I stayed in this property for a week. The hotel is very close to the center of Fira and only 100 metres from the bus station very convenient if you want to tour the island by bus. The owners are very kind, on arrival they let us find a bottle of fresh water in the fridge and the evening before departure two glasses of wine in the room. They are available for any information about the island, the organization of excursions and everything else. Breakfast is excellent and abundant, there is a menu and you can choose every day what you like and it is prepared at the moment. The last day the plane is early and they prepared our breakfast take away. Sure if you should return to Santorini I would stay in this hotel and I would recommend everyone.

It's just perfect 😍

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming family business hotel, and it was an absolute delight. The staff was friendly and attentive, the breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The attention to detail and warm hospitality made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for a wonderful experience.

I recently had an amazing stay at Nemesis. The hotel's impeccable service, stylish decor, and comfortable rooms made it an unforgettable experience. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I highly recommend Nemesis for a truly memorable and enjoyable stay. Can't wait to return! I have stayed to many hotels in Santorini but they had the most tasty breakfast with plenty of choices boufe and Al a carte. Thank you Jacob and Lia for everything. 

The best hotel ever with the most helpful and friendly staff.

Hotel at the gates of Firá surrounded by a large parking lot, a vacant plot of land and a vague plot of plastic on which a ruined building rests and finally situated on the side of a very busy road. Our room (out of the 8 that this hotel has) at the present time was conveniently located on a very noisy road and prevented us from enjoying our terrace and sleeping open windows because of the constant noise of traffic in the other 3 rooms with the same orientation. The view of our room on the caldera was ruined by the ruins in front.
