Excellent stay in this very charming hotel. Warm and professional welcome all during the stay. Hotel is being renewed actually. Nice and big rooms and extremely clean. Thank you to the staff who were very present all time. We will be back to Evergreen hotel.

Excellent hôtel in the center of Budapest

The room is spacious.  There are two beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, table, chairs, safe, refrigerator, lamps, TV.  There is even a wine glass and whiskey glasses.  The bathroom has a shower, bidet, towels, hairdryer, glasses.  Hot water is available all the time.  There is a balcony.  The hotel staff are helpful, give useful tips for walking around the city, call a taxi.  Unfortunately, poor soundproofing of windows and balcony.  Music is very audible, screams from the restaurant on the first floor of the building and from the cafe opposite.  The renovation is old.  In general, the impression is not bad.  Close to tourist spots.

Hotel in a tourist location 

Stayed here for the Formula One weekend. Staff are super friendly, accommodating and always helpful. The rooms are simple but have all you need, and the air-conditioning works a treat on the hot summer days. Centrally located, within walking distance of a metro station and multiple tram lines, many supermarkets and nice clubs and restaurants in the area. If you're travelling to Budapest, I would thoroughly recommend the Queen Mary!

Great staff, great location, great price

Stayed at this hotel for F1. Had a great stay.  Very friendly staff. Rooms are clean and spacious with airconditioning, a small fridge and nice bathroom with bath. Across the street there's a great bar, lots of shops, bars, coffeeshops and supermarkets nearby. Several metrostations close by. 

Good hotel for friendly prices. 

The positive on the right location If not very medium hotel small room and very small bed like the army!! the towels are hyper dreamy but a big bathroom the small dej quite medium.. really not a 3 star as advertised for one night it goes but not more!! I recommend the Boat Hotel for the same price

Far from a 3*!!!

The hotel is in a good position, suitable for those who want to walk.Although the furnishings are dated, the cleaning is surprising. Breakfast is acceptable but the price is excellent.

Queen Mary hotel

It's a nice city trip. It's not very elaborate, but it's comfortable. It's a big, warm room (we were in November), clean and quiet enough. It's a nice, delicious breakfast, except for a drink that's positioned like coffee, as far as we're concerned, it's some kind of chicory coffee substitute. It's very friendly and friendly staff. It's a very nice location. It's easy to get to transportation, supermarkets, cafes/restaurants, currency exchanges.

It's a very good city hotel.

A paradise for those who appreciate history and dive into it, it's worth staying at least one or two nights. It's worth considering that the hotel is a historic 1930s Ship, so some of the rooms have no air conditioning (which didn't need to be), and part of the décor shows the wear and tear of time.

A Differentiated Experience

Great: Central location, public transportation connection good unfortunately a little noisy, since the street room breakfast was ok, but little choice, but I knew that from reviews before booking and adjusted accordingly. With cereal, jam and pickle, yogurt I was satisfied, real cheese I would prefer to the problem offered individually packaged toast cheese, but it's a matter of taste. The coffee unfortunately didn't taste as good and was gray, but we had no huge expectations as staff said.

Great location, okay, sorry bed bugs

The 1 bed of the three was broken the lights went off for no reason there was no towels and the staff was really rude and inhospitable. The door was broken and hurt my friend and they make her to pay it and the owner has a really bad behavior and shout to everybody and make gestures and he told us that he is gonna get us all the rooms if our friend didn’t pay for the door that was broken and we told them before that it was broken not to mention that we also called the ambulance because of her wounds and  also he told us not to put much food in our  plates and when we got to sit to the breakfast a family with 3 kids were not allowed to sit together because the owner told us only 4 people can sit on the table and the one kid should sit alone ,we had to wait for the owner to clean everything and then to sit.everything was dirty and untidy. In the reception nobody smiled and they were rude and made expressions with their faces and they were so ironic. When we told them that we were out of toilet paper they give us one because they didn’t know where they are and when the door hurt my friend they were no cleaners to clean and there was blood everywhere and they didn’t put them in another room so they could fix it. It was the most horrible hotel I ever stayed I do not recommend it everything was horrible and the staff was really rude and the owner really greedy.
