I feel I need to now resort to this review as have had no resolution with the company.  Booked a penthouse apartment. Got a standard apartment. Fine, it happens a mix up with the bookings. My fault, NO.  Was told I would get back the difference in price between the 2 apartments. Fine, £150 refund, was acceptable to me as there was not  another penthouse to offer at time of arrival. Im am now 7 months on and still no refund although I have been assured several times by email that I would get it! Still have the emails! It may not seem a big deal to you but I paid extra for the penthouse as I had a rough year and wanted to treat myself. When I didn’t get it I was disappointed but decided to get on with it as only had 5 days. Your girls in the office who I reported it to as soon as we arrived who, were very apologetic said we would get a refund.  Poor after service and actual lies from this company. The emails with excuses about there being a problem with bank transfers etc. DISGUSTING WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE JUST NEEDING A BREAK! On the positive Budapest is a lovely city and the Hungarian people are lovely.

Very clean nice apartments, close to the metro and some lovely restaurants highly recommend the Mexican.  a really nice bar directly next to it and a cafe oppersit that for an amazing breakfast, also a lidls and shopping centre. It’s strangely both full of life and peaceful ay the same time- the people there are so lovely too. lots of space and modern apartments. I Would stay here 100 times.

Amazing

Check in was horrible, they were sending their info through Expedia and I booked with Agoda. After hours of finding the place I was made to pay more fees (taxes and $100 deposit). I never agreed to this and they couldnt give a rats pettuti. Had to go to a check in reception who were supposed to answer the bell when I tried to get in, they didnt. Very noisy outside all night until maybe 5am and at around 8am construction starts right above my apartment (hammer drills, grinders, etc). I called in hoping to get another room and was basically told to F@ off! Never again! 

Also carpets in the hallways are hoorible and shag rugs in the apartment look like they have never been cleaned in years, if at all. No soap for shower, no shampoo, no amenities of any kind.

Very good apartment! All utilities are provided in the kitchen so you can cook yourself whatever you want and there are grocery stores nearby! It’s in a really good location! The apartment was clean! Only negative is that you have to leave a deposit which they say is returned the next day but it took almost three days before the deposit was returned! Overall I will stay here again next time I’m in Budapest!

Very good apartment!

The apartment exceeded our expectation. Spacious, clean with everything you could want and more. A great place to relax. Its in a lovely area with plenty of good restaurants. The Corvin Plaza is just 1 min walk away and great to browse around. The Metro is just 3 mins walk away (closed at weekends but replacement buses also very easy to use). 

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had an evening flight on the day of check out. They kindly let us store at bags so we could sight see on the final day. When I return to Budapest, I will definately stay here again.

Excellent Apartment in lovely area

We were a family of four. We always came to this apartment, we always found each other well! This time they gave us a really new apartment with a rebuilt building. The rooms were really very clean as they always did. The staff were always kind, friendly and cooperative. They gave us a great breakfast. This gives us a guarantee of trust, and we always found each other well. When we return to Budapest with my family, we will definitely return to this apartment. It is true that every time we enter the office to pick up the keys and the payment, they always give us directions on where our restaurant was, but for me there is nothing wrong. If we find any problems, they are always available and cooperative.

First of all, there was a good thing: a low price, a new apartment in a new very convenient area, nearby all the transportation facilities, an excellent shopping center and restaurants, the room was clean, everything needed - a large refrigerator, a washing machine, a microwave, a teapot, a toaster, the kitchen has a minimum set of items for simple food preparation, warmth, enough room for things, the cost of living includes an inexpensive dry breakfast (a pack of tea and coffee, croissant, apple soup, pasta/margaine, juice), cheap by local standards, an underground safe breakfast at the roadside (10€).

Basically, they're satisfied.

The apartment is in a really good place and it's a great place for the kids, next to shops, restaurant and a mall.
The apartment was well decorated and  spacious

I will visit it again if I come back

Good apartment and good place

Very clean and warm. Good position. Stuff -very pleasent. I will definetely return here next time.shopping mall is 50 m far. Good but small. Metro line doesnt work on weekends- that is the only problem in this city.

Wonderful

If you have to travel to Budapest, this apartment is a very good choice. It is situated in a newly build block of flats, maybe a little to new, because there are works in progress. The apartment is basic, but it is clean, the furniture is new. The price of the apartment is very low compared to other accommodations in Budapest. The parking is quit expensive, but in the weekends you can find free public parking places. The apartment offers working free wi-fi. Maybe the main problem is to find the reception, because there are many buildings, and also the apartments are scattered through the blocks.
