We needed spacious apartments, as we were a family of 3 adults and a child under the age of 2 years, a daily cleaning of the rooms and changing of the towels, a careful attitude to the towels. We stopped at Stefan's (Orel Apartments) for the second time and therefore knew what to expect: perfect cleanliness and order, German pedanticity, pleasant interior, convenient location, daily cleaning of the rooms and changing of the towels, careful attitude to the to the towels. We immediately got a taste of it when we stopped here for the first time in the spring of 2013.

It's comfortable at home.

We lived in studio apartments with mini-kitchens. The batteries worked well, it was warm. The beds were comfortable for sleeping. The internet worked, but there were breakdowns. To the central square 5 minutes, to the Carbone Hotel (which has a medical center and various procedures) 2 minutes, to the entrance to Lake Hevis from the beach 7-10 minutes. The owner is attentive and responsive.

The beds are comfortable for sleeping, the internet works, but there are breakdowns. It takes 5 minutes to the central square, 2 minutes to the Carbone Hotel (which has a medical center and various procedures), 7-10 minutes to the entrance to Lake Hevis from the beach side. The owner is attentive and responsive. Unfortunately, he forgot to warn us that his apartments are part of the Hevis Alliance, which offers discounted beers at many key locations in the city (shops, restaurants, institutions).

Very good choice for living in Hewiz.

We were very satisfied. The housekeeper Stefan is a great guy who takes care of the house and the room very well. Rarely have you seen such a clean room. Absolutely recommend! The location is ok. About 15 minutes walk to the spa. Good dining area very close to LG from Graz

Perfect all around

Orel apartment was very nice place for staying, was very clean and comfortable. The mattresses were good for sleeping. The host is a nice and helpful guy, he speaks English what was important for us, in one words every thing was perfect.

vacation in Heviz

The house is located in a quiet street, about 10 minutes from the thermal lake. The apartment is well furnished, with kitchen lines, everything very clean. The bathroom is also very clean with direct ventilation. On the balcony you can have breakfast. A walk of about 10 minutes leads to the restaurant Korona, where you can eat well. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended

Apartments are situated in quiet street, in walking distance from centre and lake - Heviz is very small, so everything is close. We came after check-in time which is 18.00. It was no problem but I called owner in advance. There was a bottle of the water in the room as well as city map at the arrival. Owner was very nice and helpful, he explained us basic orientation in the city. Room was spacious and very clean. Furniture was simple but pretty. In overall, we liked the room and whole apartment building, which is new and well maintained. Wi-Fi internet was accessible in the room, despite the fact it should be only in public area of the building. Connection was stable and sufficient for evening browsing. Parking is possible on the road in front of the building or in small backyard for 50 cents/day. We used this option but I would say that staying on the street would be ok as well - it was very quiet. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay in Heviz, especially famous thermal lake. We had good deal on this stay and paid hardly half of what we would pay in hotel of similar category. It was perfect for this time of the year, although it may be hot in the summer as there was no AC in the room. We would stay there again.

Clean and nice - perfect deal

This is an immaculate apartment block approx 10 minutes walk from the centre and the lake.The owner speaks several languages and is very helpful.
the apartment itself was ell supplied with kitchen ,cooking facilities and a fridge.
We stayed in a 4 star hotel in budapest prior tocomming here and I mush prefer the decor ,facilities and clenliness here.
it is quite tricky trying to find restaurants in the centre as they seem to be hidden away,,if you want to but a swimsuit however there are hundreds of them.
I can;'t rememeber the name of the restaurant we have eaten in a couple of time but if you leave the apartments turn right and keep walking you get to the end of the street (300) metres and there is a fab restaurant across the road.
We had two courses beer ,1 ltre wine,palinka and a carry out ltr of wines for £20 and the food was brilliant.
