It’s basically a cheap hotel/inn for low budget travellers.  We were accommodated here due to our cancelled Air India flight from Bagdogra to Delhi.
Since we were three persons they gave us a three bedded room with AC. AC was really annoying with self cut off every two minutes. Bathroom is tiny without exhaust fan and smells like hell.
Electric kettle for tea was provided on asking. There are no slippers. Towels are small enough to pass for large hand towel only. The lesser said about the quality of linen, towels and other items is better.  Yes there is an LCD tv (17 inch size) and since remote doesn’t work, you have to fiddle with buttons hidden on underside of tv to find a screen after 10-15 minutes, which proudly displays an announcement that says you have make payment for watching channels. 
Bathroom is 6’x4’ and if you happen to take a shower, it will drench everything inside.  There is NO wall hanger to hang your cloths either in bathroom or in the room. 
Basically it shows, how the owner has gone to that extent to save money. And how Air India has gone to that extent of lowering their standards to contract this place for their passengers.

Third grade hotel contract by Air India

I have been booked 1 A/C Premier Room through Makemytrip online portal for 10th October, 2019.  But they provide me very ordinary AC Deluxe room, I didn't understand prior to accept that room, after their one room boy said the truth.  However, around 10 PM when I asked to Reception that why they didn't provide exactly my booked room? Reception was agreed about that and offered me to change the room. But at 10 PM it was not possible for me to change the room. Very ordinary stay and cheap room.  Room service was worst.  The next day i.e. 11th October, when we left the hotel around 7.30 AM.  There was no hotel staffs to carry our luggage. Horrible experiences!! Not to recommend any Traveler.  Not a single night too!!

If you happen to be here waiting to go to Darjeeling, a little demoralized by the exterior of this hotel, it surprised us with the very kind hospitality of the staff and the excellent quality of the kitchen. Fresh products just bought, exceptional flavors. Really amazing.

The best restaurant I've ever tried in India!

The Stay Is Just Amazing!The Hotel Is Quite Good . So Maintained,And The Most Good Thing is that lots of Service Available like laundry,WiFi,Banquet Hall is also available.So The Over Experience Is Good

An Awesome Visit

Again stayed in this hotel in the first week of December 2018 and found good staff and good budjet room. Working lift and neat and clean room.
Reception guy during our checkout was not friendly. He should be smiling during taking care of their guest. Location is good and new to main bus stand, Gangtok taxi stand. Everything is near.

Good budjet hotel

We had flight from Bagdogra so we had searched for stay places which are near to airport in online and found this place and booked it. 

As we entered room we felt good looking at the artistic decoration using towel and blanket on the bed. But all went in vain as entered rest room. It was not cleaned properly and it was smelling very bad. When we complained reception to change the room they just sent house keeping to clean the toilet. Although it made no difference after cleaning as well.

The namesake things of this hotel are "Telephone" and "Hot water". When we wanted to ask/ complain about anything literally we had to climb down for four floors and talk as room phone was not working. Worst part was we had to take bath in cold water and geyser in toilet is just decorating item for toilet. When we complained and asked for 2 buckets of hot water they just threw away their hands saying none of the hotel geysers are working.

Room service staff were good and kind but reception staff were very rude and not welcoming. They don't have proper knowledge about how to speak to their customers.

The best part of this hotel was food and Wifi. We had ordered biryani for dinner and it was amazing. For breakfast try French scrambled egg toast and this was one of the best egg toast which I have tasted. We had very good speed Wifi in the room. Also, this place is near to taxi station so finding taxi to airport wont be difficult.

Average place in Siliguri

When I need to do business around Hill Cart Road around Siliguri. I prefer this hotel. Basically it's a location as a Key Success factor of this hotel.

Rooms are pretty basic with attached bathroom and air con for Rs. 3000. However, bed sheets were not really clean and room service is ok.

If  you are self driving, parking is pretty tight.

But, if it's your business prime concern in close by market area at Hill Cart Road or Sevoke Road.

Fairly Cheap Business Hotel at busy commercial Hill Cart Road, Siliguir

Hurried meeting. A very good centrally located buisness hotel. Service prompt. My supplier Mr Ravi Bose makes it a habbit to stay in this hotel. Nice clean interior.  The parking place outside is a bit problematic though.

For one night, it's fine. Unfortunately, dirty bathroom. Medium-sized rooms. Quiet location off the main street. The attached restaurant offers good and cheap food. Service is fine.

For a good night

I spent one night in this hotel and it was bad. The bathroom was in very bad condition and dirty. The bedding and towels were completely washed and gray. Since hygiene is my priority in hotels, I couldn't afford a pleasant stay. The staff themselves were very nice. The dining at the restaurant was also very good.
