The location is an advantage. The hotel has not been maintained well. The rooms are not as fresh as shown in the picture. 
The sheets and pillows were not fresh. The room stinked of smoke. When we asked the fellow, he just shrugged his shoulders. Immediately we asked for a change of room. 

Only advantage is the location and pricing

Sometimes, it has been a disappointment to me when I check-in at a hotel and the images I had seen on the website and otherwise appear completely fabricated. This was not the case at Grace Park Inn. My check-in formalities got completed within a few minutes, thanks to Kunal who manages Front Desk during the morning. The room I got was neat and clean and better than what I had seen in the images. It was quite spacious, adequately lit with toilet-cum-bathroom that I liked. The airconditioner, television and electric kettle were working great. In fact, the Hotel has subscribed some Hindi Movies Channels as well which made me feel happy within. 

The storage space in the form of wooden wardrobe is sufficient and there is a locker as well to keep your precious and valuable belongings. The hot water in taps in no time was a respite as the weather had turned cold. The hotel does not have its kitchen, but they serve complimentary breakfast which is filling and delicious. From bread butter to aloo parantha with curd, pickle and coffee; from dosa to omelette, they provide nice breakfast to begin the day.

The staff was quite prompt, polite and courteous. I asked for wake-up call during the early mornings, and I received it positively. You may also get lunch/dinner delivered at the room from any restaurant or may ask the hotel authorities regarding it. They get the food delivered from Aaha Andhra, a nice restaurant next building.

I wish to mention the names of Kunal and Arjun, staff members at Grace Park Inn who made my stay highly comfortable along with other team members. I have decided to stay only there whenever in Bengaluru.

Incredible Stay, Worth Every Penny You Pay

Pros: Location
Cons : An old property trying to pass of as new through a face-lift) wooden floorings which are dirty; FAB hotels upholstery and furnishing – bed cushions which are dirty to the core; Do pay a visit to the dirty kitchen and I promise u will never eat in this hotel; similarly see how your room gets mopped with dirty water and you will not set foot in this hotel.   A call to the Guest Delight Officer yielded little – not even an empathy or apology.   I asked the lady to visit the property to show her what I mean, but haven’t heard back from her as yet.   Rooms shown on website show a minor terrace - - these are executive rooms at a higher price.   No mosquito mesh in windows means u cannot open the windows in evening; bathroom have ZERO ventilation I stayed in 306, window overlooks a next door restaurant whose hot air blower and kitchen washing noise and dirty bellows into your room if u keep window open (I wanted fresh air).  God save u if u r staying on the ground floor.  When I booked, I was not told that the hotel is running a trouble for hot water in bathroom – Hot water for bath was provided for in buckets (though quickly / within 5 mins).    Overall a DIRTY and FILTHY hotel.  I will NOT stay in this property ever again.

A filthy and dirty hotel trying to pass off as a Superior PICK

This hotel offers a great location to its guests - easy access to pubs, restaurants, dessert parlors. Decor and rooms are average. Breakfast options are veryyy limited and you dont really get to choose. Staff is helpful. Overall- offers a comfortable stay.

Great location

Good Hotel in Indiranagar Bangalore near by 12th main lots of happening place is there. Very good for Corporate and family to stay. Check in and Check out is easy. Surely we will visit again. Staff are helpful.

We were attending a function in Bangalore and wanted  a central place to crash for the night
Similar to a service apartment- 
Rooms are neat. Staff is helpful. 
The breakfast spread was good- they served the breakfast in our room and even customised it as per our requirement. My child loved the maggi prepared :)

Short Stay

Please don’t stay 
No left on this hotel , No in house Restaurant, complementary breakfast is not good , bathroom inner door was demaged . Not worth in money . It’s old hotel very poor maintenance I am not satisfied
