The place calls itself serviced suites, but is unlike its name. First of all, this place is hard to locate as it is little interior in one of the by lanes. Secondly the hotel is a ultra budget hotel with below average rooms. Staff are mostly not available but helpful if you are lucky to find one. No food or coffee /tea options within the hotel. But there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. Definite avoid if you are with family and suitable if are a bachelor looking for only a nights stay. 

Unlike the name! 

Don't go by the name Serviced Suites. This place is a average budget hotel. Better to negotiate directly for the best rates. Avoid booking online by seeing the pictures as they are not proper illustrations of the actual facility. The hotel staff is reasonably helpful but the problem is finding one when you need the most. The hotel is located in one of the by-lanes and will be difficult to find as there are hardly any boards. There is no restaurant and food needs to be arranged from outside, but there are quite a handful of eateries. Room is kind of bare minimum with no Kettle, toiletries or daily house keeping.

Average Budget Hotel

The wast hotel i stay in my life.... not a single basic facility have... Never try to stay in this hotel because it's not worth

* no cleaning on next day
* no tea/coffee in morning 
* beadsheets are torn and furnitures are old.
* there are stains on pillow cover
* Although the website says breakfast is free they have been told there are no arrangement of breakfast.
* they don't arrange hot water for my baby.
I book 2 days but leave hotel on same day. Its a worst experience in my life. Never recommended any one to stay.

Worst ever ... wast of money

Never try to stay in this hotel because it's not worth the price it charge (1500 bucks per night). There are few hotel at a price range of 700-1000 bucks, and it's far below then those hotels also, what it shows in pics is Very much fancy but no reality in it.
REASONS NOTICE TO STAY

1: room service is very much worst
2: no cleaning on next day
3: no tea/coffee in morning on paying 1500per NIGHT, u should b expecting atleast a cup of tea only
4: u will find hard time in locating the hotel as there is no board and no roads also, you can't book a cab from hotel door.
5: beadsheets are torn and furnitures are old.
 6: pillow provided are torn and it looks like it's done by RAT. 
7: there are stains on pillow cover

GENUINE VERDICT: Never Ever try to book this hotel. Seriously not recommended to any one.

Worst ever

This is probably one of the worst places I have stayed. Bedsheets are torn. The entire property is dated. AC's don't work. A very poorly maintained property. The location is where I was looking to stay, but it is in the inner by-lanes and no boards indicating where the hotel is. It's almost like a stealth operation. Wouldn't even stay here for free. Actually even if someone paid me to stay here.

Serviced 'Sours', instead of serviced suites

So if you're just looking for a cheap and just as acceptable accommodation, then as a Western traveler you can still take it, but otherwise it's to forget! the hotel was certainly quite nice once, as the pictures on the Internet show, but that's probably been a few years ago and it's increasingly falling apart because there's no expense in maintaining it, which is a very common strategy in middle-class hotels in India! As a result, the towels are gray and dirty, the bed sheets are full of stains and holes, the kitchen without any facilities and you have to fight for every spoon or plate to mention just one thing, the Internet only works well, but that's also a very good strategy!
