Well maintained heritage property in a large piece of land, lots of greenery,  kind staff, good breakfast, good food in the restaurant, good ambience, very nice lawns and swimming pool. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Hotel.. Great Grounds..Rooms are decent size though require a make over.. However, food was good and their service outstanding.. Front office was always ready to help, staff great. Kudos to the General Manager for keeping his staff so motivated.. Do visit their restaurant, it's very Serene..Hotel amongst greenery.

Amazing Hospitality

Hello All,

After lockdown, we went to this hotel & stayed for couple of days. Its a Heritage Palace converted to hotel, the rooms are good, spacious & having swing inside the room. The room we opted was having a big swing inside the room & the bathroom was super large, having a good bath tub. Their is an open sitting space on 1st floor, where we can sit & relax. Outside their is a huge lawn, where cricket & other sports can be played. There is a restaurant on backside of the hotel, serving good food, their chicken biryani was awesome. Staff is also good & courteous.

Overall good experience !!!

Heritage Hotel !!!

We booked this hotel looking at its outer look when we entered all was ok special thanks to neel at the reception who was very courteous. Hotel needs to be maintained well. Stay was going well but the staff Thomas is extremely rude, completely unprofessional, no sense of courtesy he needs to work on his customer handling skills. He acts as if u stay for free. Overall a property not to be suggested as the staff Thomas will not leave any way to spoil your trip.

As we walked in to this amazing property..things looked fascinating and thrilled with such blended old antiques furniture and huge gardening area.. hats off to the wonderful Managers and people who all behind this great scene... in my view I would love to recommend guests of all walks of life to come over to Bqngalore to this garden city and a silicone hub ..in India to have a stay over here and feel home ...  the Manager and staffs are really friendly and they give their ext bit to see off their guests very happy ..that's what we call home away from home ..Regards D.C.Tom

We stayed this hotel for 3 days .We booked 2 rooms via website.At the time of booking we paid 10% of the total amount.When we checked in they charged the full amount.But we did not notice that day.At the time of checking out when we pointed out this they said the advance we paid was the commission of the website.the people at the reception doesn't know anything.When we asked them to adjust this amount,they refused to do.No maintenance .Foul smells.Poor maintenance of the room.Any way We will not choose this hotel anymore.

Good Property with a lot of nature’s beauty to support it . Good Big & Wide Room with All Good Facilities . I would recommend all nature lovers and resort loving people for this Jayamahal Palace Resorts Hotel as it gives you a fresh feeling in midst of the crowded Bangalore city the same feeling as what you would have in the jungle resort. Good Nature’s Green Resort in midst of Bangalore

One of the best experiences even without checking in to the hotel.. I had booked the deluxe suite and just after 30 minutes there was a change in my schedule due to which I had to cancel the booking however when I called the portal through which I had booked, they denied refund for cancellation as it was a non refundable booking, however I contacted Aldrin the GM of the hotel Jayamahal Palace who was extremely courteous enough and spoke to the point.. He quickly understood my situation and agreed help me with the cancellation and refund without any hassle.... Kudos to Aldrin’s professionalism and hospitality..... I will definitely visit Jayamahal for the kind of service they have provided me today .... Delighted and thanks again Aldrin keep up the good work 👍🏻

Booked hotel but unable to reach on the same date 

Visited with my family for a stay,  really amazed seeing such thick greenery that too in middle of Bangalore city. Good food,  Fresh air and the rooms are too good (in the main building ), 100+ years old palace and you will feel the royal touch the rooms,  well maintained,  clean and huge rooms. Definitely a must visit place.

I stayed 2 nites in the standard rooms as part of a wedding party. It is unfortunate that the standard rooms which are part of the older building are barely maintained. The bathroom sink and tub are peeling off. The beds uncomfortable, the door and hardware in need of desperate upkeep. 

The location is great but landscape could use some upkeep. Uneven surfaces everywhere are a risk to older patrons. For ladies who want to walk in high heals, they better buy extra insurance. Its an accident waiting to happen

The hotel being one of the oldest well known hotel in the city shows its age. As a person who grew up hearing about this hotel, its maintenance was a total disappointment. People can get better value for their money elsewhere
