I really want to give this hotel a good review as the staff were really lovely, but I was a bit disappointed at the room, the bathroom was really smelly. The room was just about clean, no window to the outside, the window went onto the corridor, didn’t really look like the pictures when I booked it, I suppose you get what you pay for. Quite a good location, bustling outside, very close to a lovely restaurant where the food was great.

We stayed with our family and visitors were not allowed to our rooms even for few minutes.It was disappointing. Checked in 12hours late,didn’t have any extension on checkout out.And charged more money than online rate for extension period of stay in room

Company booked this hotel thinking OYO has a good reputation, in fact not all oyo hotels have a good reputation. Some only want revenue to be generated in the name of Running a brand name. Kindly avoid if possible.

Although I enquired about the booking confirmation, hotel did not reply through email. Anyway, after I booked, I acknowledged  to hotel customer care requesting to keep my room ready. But while I reached the hotel  after 1.44 pm, my room was not ready yet. The reception guy told me to wait more 15-20 minutes. Felt terrible I was without bath and without lunch at that moment. Also, the room not fit for family or people would look for comfortable stay. Rooms not cleaned regularly. Hotel stuffs were polite although..For Family not recommended. If you are looking for a quick night stay with cheap price then of course it is a good choice.This is just adjacent to Shivajinagar bus stop. MG Road Metro/ Cubbon park metro are also not very far.

Good Hotel at good location nearest to bus station and other major shopping areas.Cleanliness is maintained very well...hygiene and staff are very polite.Food is overall good with some delicious menu on the board at budget price.

I choose this hotel for being near to my destination in Bangalore, and because of the cheap price, but would never have expected what I found.
The room was dirty, with cockroaches at night, bath towels dirty from previous customers,  "complimentary wifi" was not working, the water of the shower coming down very slow, and one morning, not at all.
No kindness, no education, not even politeness in the behavior of the staff, hardly taking care of me.  I don't recommend this place at all, it's a pity as the location is good, and with a little care it might became a real "hotel".
