The  hotel  was booked for three but when we arrived  04 friends  , without hesitance the  hotelier  gave us  quite big room with very little extra charge. they helped us a lot by providing lot of information's   about the  nice places to visit , getting  all the tours  packages in discounted rates 
we enjoyed  a lot....thanks to all the staff


Nice place to be in groups

We stayed at OYO Flagship 13853 for 2 nights.. everything was very good .. It was a business trip so the rooms are perfectly ok for the purpose .. Breakfast was ok & up to the mark.. location was very good .. its near by Beach & market  

Good stay near calangute

Worst breakfast with only 1 option, better not use word 'option', that too was not edible. Pool dirty, no water in shower, even after repeatedly telling, no resolution. Please do not book.Total waste of money.

Very Bad Experience

I saw all the reviews even then I went there... And now it's run by OYO flagship and things look good over there. Good hospitality, hygiene room and linen. Well maintained atmosphere. That was a great weekend. Staff awesome.

It's totally different now

Breakfast was really modest: toast, massala-tea and jam (someone we saw fried eggs, but we didn't figure out, free or for money), there was no point in eating at the hotel at all, there were a lot of cafes and shades where you could eat seafood, fruit, drink cocktails cheaply, the poet didn't really understand the claims of the holidaymakers - this is one of the cheapest hotels in the tour operators, so it's logical to save money when booking to pay for the rest. We always ate at Toto's - we left them on the first day of our commute and we could finally spend 2 minutes at the hotel) - it's a very nice, but nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, nice room.

That's a great price-quality ratio!

We check in at 12.25, pay for d room and waiting till 1:00.. this is really disputing, staff here making fool.. a female staff here said half an hour to clean the room, they make us to wait more than a hour.. this how they Harras people here.. I have no option becoz I have paid for the room.. pathetic hotel nd horrible experience..

Honeymoon stay

I booked a hotel with booking reference WUYQ8513. This was a really bad experience with this hotel.  

Firstly, I booked a room for 3 people but not sure why email says 2 people. Upon calling customer care, I was informed the same thing and it didn't help. I had to pay extra 1500 Rs in cash (when there is already cash crunch in the country)to accommodate my sister in that crap hotel.

We were supposed to check-in at 12:00 Pm but we were late and reached there at around 1:00 Pm. Our room was not ready, servant cleaned the room in front of us.  There were no towels in room, bed sheets were not clean, we were not provided with the oyo welcome kit, not even water.

The Receptionist was not professional and her behavior was rude. I thought of canceling the booking as well but there was no refund so I had no choice but to stay at this hotel. Staff was not responding properly to our queries.

Usually, breakfast in hotels under Oyo is served at 7:30 Am - 8:00 Am but we were told that before 9:30 Am there will be no breakfast. Moreover, there was no hot water in the bathroom.

I am totally pissed off by this experience, I have never faced any issued like this with any other Hotel booking vendors.  I am afraid if i will advise any of my friends to book room though OYO or will book any of room myself.

Worst experience : please do not book.

The hotel surprised me with the quality, despite the small flaws. We went with a very demanding friend, she even liked it! The sea is near, the entertainment is near, around the fun people))) what else do you need to feel like in paradise

That's a great price to pay!

Hot water is not there, it's not even warm in the evening, and when it rains, it's not all... and that's not all: the air conditioner stops working at night, it's cold, and the balcony opens the rooms. Garbage can't be thrown out and the room cleaned for 4 days. We were able to get a check with the representative of the receiving party on the floor.

Don't pick this two-star hotel can't be an excuse for dirt!

Before you go to India, you have to read about the country you're going to, but you have to read about the country, and then you don't have to make a surprised face. Choosing a hotel in Goa was not very dirty at first, but it was cheap near the sea. I used to go to the courtyard in 7 minutes. There was a way to the sea through the street. but I preferred quiet and quiet, privacy. Service staff, nice young people. They helped me if I had any questions. Tours were much cheaper than in Vegas.
