What a lovely hotel and experience. I have stayed in many hotels in Goa  and for me, this has been the best by far. Everything is clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff are all so friendly. 
Thanks to Raj, the manager, for always being so helpful and so approachable. 
Can't wait to be back there again.

Best Hotel....

Superb hotel, could not fault anything.  Unfortunately my wife had an accident while we were there.  Raj, was superb, got a Doctor and Ambulance, luckily all was OK.  Great breakfast, clean hotel all food excellent and all the waiting and cleaning staff are so friendly.  Just sorting dates for next year - Thanks Raj & Team  10/10 - Paul & Joy :)

Superb Hotel & Staff

Been coming to goa for 21 years and this gem of a hotel my first stay ever here is now A favorite already booked for next year kindly through the hotel mananager the stafff were all professional and freindly food was the best the chef was on point with his European cooking Breakfast also good and genorous servings of toast eggs r
Fresh fruit Indian also rooms were bright and clean and also Netflix etc if u fancied great touch bedding sheets were white and spotless and little divers and comfy pillows nice touch it’s as near too beach as Main Street fab location can’t believe iv only just discovered it no complaints at all a lovely Goan style veranda and lovely green tropical trees and flowers Thankyou fir a great stay and all tour help see u all next year 🙏Anne-marie and Cindy

Holiday

All the staff at the sunset beach were so helpful and so friendly. From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble. Raj the GM went out of his to meet our needs. And an asset to the hotel. The staff in the bistro at breakfast were very friendly. Our room was cleaned every day . The only complaint that I have is that the cleaning could have been a bit more intense. 
The rooms were spacious and there is a large fridge which was very useful. 
We will be back😝😝

What a fantastic hotel !!!

Wonderful month long holiday in Goa at sunset beach resort hotel in January 2023, The staff are really friendly and helpful, the rooms have been refurbished, and are lovely and spacious, very clean, with a nice hot powerful shower, the room we had, had  a balcony, and breakfast was included.
We will definitely stay with them again.

Very nice hotel, the attention from the all staff was outstanding, they can not do enough to make our stay fantastic. Raj the manager was very attentive and he accommodated all our request, we will definitely going back to this hotel.
The Bistro restaurant is out of this world, the food absolutely amazing, Chef Jeet has cooked for us the best food we ever had in Goa. 

Amazing

Excellent hospitality . Beautiful ambience. Food quality is the best . Both chef , Ranjeet and Kartik make delicious dishes . Cute pool . Beach side property . Mr. Raj is the best person to take care of all . Owner (Mr. Tony) visits property on daily basis .

Memorable visit 

Contrary to the beautiful images here on Tripadvisor or Booking.Com, the water in the pool was green, the blue border broke in in many places, so you could easily get your feet dirty. The smell in the three rooms was a mixture of mold and mold, and it was clear that it couldn't be removed by simple ventilation. The bedding, although fresh, full of stains, melted the pillow. The refrigerator in one of the rooms was dirty and melted. No thanks. We looked for another hotel.

My 4 rth visit , this year . Clean and nice place  . Food is awesome.  Small but clean pool. Very near to Candolim beach.  Owner reviews all the activities himself,  on daily basis , that's  the best part.  Hospitality is best.  Thanks Mr.Raj and Ranjeet .

My wife and I booked this hotel at the last minute for stay from 25th Feb to 1st March 2022. We entered the hotel with lots of trepidition, but were pleasantly surprised.  
The good points:
1. Big rooms
2. Just 2 minutes walking distance from Candolim Beach
3. Many shops nearby
4. Peaceful and plenty of open space.
5. Good high speed internet.
6. Choice of cuisines.
Points for improvement:
1. They can start the breakfast earlier.

The owner, Mr. Tony is very lucky to have Mr. Anjum at the front desk and Mr. Raj managing the Bistro. Both literally slog from early morning till late night to ensure all guests are comfortable. A big thanks to them both!
