The Location is very good. The rooms are good and spacious enough for the budget. Hotel is very Neat, Clean, Well-appointed and Nicely maintained. Very peacefully atmosphere.Service is very good.The Ernakulam Junction Station is only 5 mins walk, the Metro station is just 3 mins Walk, The Auto/Taxi Stand on the Main Road is just 2 mins Walk

Contrary to the Reviews submitted by other tourists, we found the Hotel very Neat, Clean, Well-appointed and Nicely maintained.

The Location is very good. The Ernakulam Junction Station is only 5 mins walk, the Metro station is just 3 mins Walk, The Auto/Taxi Stand on the Main Road is just 2 mins Walk,

The Staff is very Good, goes out of the way to help.

Only problem is an open drain on the right (often stinking) on the Public Road from Hotel to the Main Road

VERY GOOD AND CONVENIENTLY LOCATED BUDGET HOTEL IN ERNAKULAM

Rooms are too narrow and staff behaviour is also bad. Went with family and struggled. Got a room that is too close to reception,  and it was so disturbing. Meal is also not good. Only advantage is it is close to railway station.

Not good

The stay in the hotel was very peaceful with no disturbance. The rooms are good and spacious enough for that budget. I have not used any room service. However the staff are friendly. Only problem is I need to wait for the hot water in the tap for much time.
Location is very near and walkable to South Railway Station.
Overall it’s a nice hotel in budget category. Try to take rooms in the 3rd floor if u want a view from the window.

Peaceful stay with good service !

Visited with my extended family last week. We were late in arriving there and therefore informed the staff well in advance of our delay and asked them to keep the rooms ready. The property was huge as compared to others around it and seemed to be a popular chain as well but there were more cons than pros. 
1. The rooms were not clean at all. The toilet seats were so dirty as if haven't been cleaned for few weeks. The floor had lots of dirt and hair ,may be from the previous stay.
2. The bedsheets were stained and torn from various places.
3. No restaurant or room service. When we asked for.milk for kids in the morning, we were told that it will take an hour to arrange milk from nearby.

Not so good

The hotel, which was located away from the main arteries of Ernakulam, was pleasant and well-priced, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly, but the bathroom deserved renovation, and it is also worth noting that this hotel hosts sometimes a little too noisy groups.

processing of the room wae very fast and furious.the room i gota double non ac one and was very nice.they maintained a high standard of cleanliness.transportation facilities were easily available from the location.staffs were very polite.this hotel was of great choice of me.

A recent, one-night stay at Shalimar Residency, proved to change my perspectives about local hotels. The service was great. Clean, Refreshing rooms provide a peaceful charm to the guests. I had booked for an Executive Suite and it seemed comfortable for a family. Everything, from welcoming the guest upon check-in, till bidding goodbye, was absolutely delightful.
