This is my honest review of this place. I have recently visited Jaipur and I was unsure about the place to live. I saw this homestay in one of online booking platform which is very reasonable to us. 
The place looks ok to me and my family as per picture in Google or online platform but when I reached here, I met Adhiraj (Owner). He is very humble and welcoming person I have ever met in my life. Whatever we requested he provided instantly and guided us places to visit in Jaipur specially for Shopping and eating. 

The rooms and toilets are very neat and clean. They 2 rooms on ground floor and 3 rooms on first floor.  Additionally, the food is chargeable but very reasonable and delicious. One should must try staying at this place

I would highly recommend this place to stay. Cheers 👍🏼

Highly recommended homestay

My father ( age 60+) was travelling alone for some work and I spoke to Adhiraj Bhaia over the phone ( spoke to him for the 1st time) to help my father with the stay. Without thought he arranged the ground floor room for him and was super polite and supportive through out the stay to my father. He treated him like his own father and my father had the most amazing stay at Suraj Niwas.
The place was super clean, the rooms were huge and I must say the hospitality is top notch. Thank you Adhiraj Bhaia.

Amazing stay.

I have been living there for about a year and their hospitality is top notch. The rooms are spacious and very homely, and the owners are very hospitable and kind. It is also near to all important locations. Their food is great with homestyle cooking and very healthy too. Loved my stay thanks to all of them at Suraj Niwas

Absolutely loved the hospitality shown by the owners of this property. Loved the ambience and facilities that they provide. Huge lawns, big corridors, a perfect place to chill with your friends and family. The best part is that it's situated in the heart of the city and all the restaurants are nearby. It's couple friendly too. 

Homely experience with amazing hosts

Amazing property. It is in the centre of the city and near to everything. The house is built in the 1950s style and is very aesthetic with a lawn and parking space. The amenities are modern and the hospitality is top notch. Never lacked for anything. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the food is great and Adhiraj is a superb host. 
I will surely be returning here and recommending this place to my friends. 

Incredible stay 

We stayed at Suraj Niwas for one night and this was our first home stay experience.

This place is managed by a lovely family and the owner Mr. Adhiraj goes out of his way to make the stay comfortable.  

Currently there are limited rooms at this place and you need to book in advance.

The rooms are neatly furnished with all modern amenities like any other hotel.

The home cooked food which they serve is excellent in taste. 

Our first home stay experience was comfortable and this encourages us to try out home stay in other places as well.

My first home stay experience

If you are looking for a home stay, this is the place for you located in a posh area of Jaipur. The taste of homemade parathas served in the breakfast still lingers in my mouth. Our two nights stay here was made extremely comfortable by the cordial and cooperative hosts. The place is getting renovated which means more rooms are getting added and more people can stay here at reasonable price. Thanks to the hosts for their hospitality.

Homely Home stay

This is a lovely family, who welcomed us with open arms.  they shared their life stories, information about Jaipur, and generally accommodated all of our requests.  I even got to 'help' prepare breakfast!

Just like home!

I stayed at Suraj Niwas for a month. It is a beautiful property in one of the best locality in Jaipur. The host Mr. Adhiraj Singh is passionate and is well versed with the hospitality sector. His whole family is welcoming and concerned about their guests. The rooms were spacious and clean so were the washrooms. The food was home cooked by his mother and was hygienic and delicious. The house keeping was efficient and the bed linen was changed regularly. Mr. Adhiraj Singh can also guide you for your local sight seeing and places to visit. 
         During my stay I felt like home and it was an awesome experience. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!!

First ever Home stay experience and it was splendid.

This was our base during our time in Jaipur !! The host family was very accommodating. We were a large group of about 9 ppl. They made 4 bedrooms available for us. Breakfast was provided and was excellent!! The host is also helpful with advice for local travel in and around Jaipur. The location is pretty central but you would need a car to navigate !! Jaipur has rideshare services so that should not be a problem. All in all a great stay!
