A wonderful place

We were there for one night, hotel is at prime location and good rooms and service.
It is located at Amer road. Rooms are good clean and with all the facilities available.
Service is prompt and accurate.

Nice hotel

Hotel is so good neat clean rooms. Prime location in Jaipur near Jal Mahal and other all manuments like Amer fort hawa Mahal we are happy with this hotel and staff .. market is near this hotel rooms was speisous

I'm very much affectionate with the services of this hotel.
Hotel is situated at prime location. You can see it from far distance.
Interior is awesome. Hospitality is meeting the expectations.Rooms are cleaned, no sanitation issue, food is mouth watering, parking facility available, there is bar too.
The only demerit you will find that the cost of stay at this hotel is bit expensive compared to other hotels. But it may be neglected if you are visitor and want to stay at prime hotel with luxurious facilities.

Good Hotel

It was a nice stay at Roma hotel. The hotel is situated a bit outside of the city and thus being quite. The property was good and well maintained. The staff was good too. If possible take window rooms to enjoy great views.

Nice stay....

I booked online Oyo-Jalmahal but lateron I come to know that the real name is Roma Place when after a long search I called the hotel about the location of hotel. Near Brahmpuri Police station jaipur. 

I stayed here on 17.10.2015 for one day. hotel is very good and situated little outside from the city so location was very quiet and pleasant.  
Staff was very good and reception too.  
hotel room was very good and window view was memorizing. Sorrounding hills of Jaipur was nice panoramic view. 
interior and exterior of the hotel is very good. it looks as a Haveli or Heritage hotel from outside. 

would like to stay here again on my next trip to jaipur and will recommend it to other also

I will request everyone to avoid staying in this hotel. I was shocked to learn this is a 3 star hotel. It is better to stay in good budget hotels like Hotel Kalyan (will separately review this) instead of wasting your time with Hotel Roma Palace. Our room didn't have hot and cold running water. Upon checking we were assigned to another room (after the poor housekeeping guy checked at least 5 rooms for this basic facility) which had a functional shower. Interestingly this room supplied only hot scalding water in the wash basin:).. We were staying only for one night hence made light of this but woe to anyone who tries to stay here for longer.

Upsides -- Housekeeping staff very helpful, food ok, good location.

We were satisfied with the room, very clean and well air conditioned. But the hotel restaurant was catastrophic, we felt like we were their very first customer and they didn't know how to do it. So they offered us the restaurant card which is quite tempting, but in the end they had only two dishes to offer us (white rice or vegetables). So the meal was imposed and despite the addition was very salty!!(they even added an extra fee that we had never seen in India) idem for the two slices of bread included in the price) it was two minutes before our customers bought it with beagle... in a really thick sense we were taken for breakfast... enough to be delicious.

It's not much better.

Very friendly and hardworking staff; super clean rooms, warm water - all of which are not taken for granted in India. The view from the roof terrace with pool is fantastic day and night, and the central location is a perfect base for all exploration tours, whether to the Forts or to the city. We were very welcome and comfortable at the Roma Palace Hotel and will be happy to stay there again on our next Jaipur visit.

Eight days in this hotel were positive in every way. The whole hotel makes a very clean impression and every employee showed his best. The guys were friendly, helpful and took our praise. Here I became a fan of Indian tea at the lavish breakfast. I already ordered a second can. The beautiful roof terrace offers a wonderful view of Jaipur. Whether you want to watch the street from here or just enjoy the sunset.
