Irresponsible staff and irresponsible hotel im direct booking that waste hotel  reception boy pickup my call and conform my booking 23 /07/ 2o'clock  early morning im reached that hotel
Reception boy search my booking but not found he told your name not registered im inform two time  im call and conform my booking he told me im night shift.booking taken morning shift.that time me and my husband search and another hotel taken room.bennis inn careless and worth hotel

Irresponsible hotel

Amble parking space is available. Food available was not that great. The staff were helpful but some basic infrastructure problems could not be solved, like for example, very poor wifi and TV with faulty remote.

Bennies

I stayed in bennies Inn for a couple of days, the hotel looked good from outside, pricing is a little too high for the services you get. The worst thing was I was served a room with bed full of bed bugs. First day, I was too tired and had a restless sleep. Next day, I came to understand that the bed was full of bugs and I had to sleep in other room. I believe that when pursuing a business like this, the quality of service is very important and it was an unbelievable experience.

Terrible experience

I had to stay in this Bennies Inn for two nights, Believe me the outside of the building looks much better, however when you enter the room it is just not worth it.

Pros - 

1.If you are looking for a playground for your children in a room.it will be the best , very spacious room ( even bigger than some 4 stars property).

2. AC is very effective even for such big rooms.

3. Staff tries to help out. 

COns -

1. Bathroom is old and dirty and all time dump and wet - gives very yucky feeling

2. Bed Linen - what do I say, even the kitchen hand towel is cleaner ( pic uploaded)

3. Wi fi - just for the sake, am given the room very close to the router. You wont believe I got only 1 stick of network - cant even open watsapp. I had to write and email and it took me from 8 pm - 1 am, finally I march down the reception and beg for net.

4. No food no coffee no nothing no restaurant - I ask for breakfast - bread and egg , they were bringing 1 entire packet of bread ( loaf of bread) -- GOshh who can eat 1 packet of bread.

5. The TV is of 1980's.

6. The mattress gave me such backache and pillow so flat.Towel Yucks !! is all i can say

7. I told one of my employee at kottayam and was inform that Bennies is mainly visited by whole sale dealers 

8. The price mention online is WITHOUT TAX , I Paid around 1200 rs per night,In that price any one would get a much better deal. Was in a hurry when i Missed my coach and bump into this hotel which is almost vacant through the month.

Definitely not worth it !!

The hotel is very comfortable and clean although prices they charge is little bit more as compared to other hotels in the same category. If you are looking for a budget hotel and for a short stay like one or two days this hotel is a good option.
