Very poor behavior,  no one is cooperative. Billing counter is very bad like thief. Continue added the GST on the main amount , but they are can't provide any receipt/invoice against the GST.

Request to all of you,  don't go there and safe your money.

Thief and cheap management

Best stay in Digha ever..... only hotel to stay I recomend. Moderate price. Highest level of service quality by all the departments starting from entry till exit. The food quality was very very good...... will stay always here from now.

Wonderful stay

It was a pleasure to stay at such a lovely place like this.we enjoyed a lot staying here. Home like feeling well behaved staff food is good, atmosphere is good near to beach, clean rooms & hygiene bathrooms,at last a good place to stay.

Staying was nice

A overall good property to stay and good boufet breakfast,but other charges are quite high as 2 bottles of a normal mineral water costed 104 Rs which normal MRP is 19Rs....overall fine...hotel should work on a bit for dormicary fecility for drivers to stay as these are fecilities any good hotel should provide...Thanks

Very comfortable stay

This is very good hotel and family friendly. Staff is also good .lots of facility available in hotel like fridge swimming pool buffet. Food tast and   quality waoo.Location good walking distance from beach. Early check-in

Good time spent here

Stayed here for one night on 4th January 2019. This property is nothing close to the photos shown in the travel sites. It has become old and run down. It is also not close to the beach as advertised. There are newer hotels closer to the beach which can be better alternatives. There is no car parking available, the vehicles have to be parked on the road side in front of the hotel. The rooms and the bathrooms are large but poorly lit with paints which have become old. The linen provided were also old and stained. There is no justification for the tariffs charged which is very high compared to the facilities provided. The only bright side is that the food is good and the charges are reasonable and the staff cordial and helpful. Until a major face lift better options are available near the beaches.

A hotel in urgent need of renovation

We had been to this hotel in Dec 2013 and had been amazed at everything then. but this was the 2nd trip there, and everything ( other than food and courteous staff ) seem to have become terrible........  There is insufficient stuff, the hotel is in run-down state with no maintenance and poor condition of rooms, bathrooms, passages, lift, stair cases and what not ?

Even the soap, shampoo provided in rooms is of such poor quality that it seemed they have given liquid detergents in both the bottles and mixed something else with it to appear better.

I am really sorry at such deterioration - the hotel needs sale to a new owner and infusion of a large capital to bring it back to its earlier condition.

An excellent hoteled turned pathetic in 5 years

The hotel is far from the beach and had a very deserted feel to it. The hotel was understaffed. The lone staff at the reception was also doing the job of a bellboy. The room's walls and ceiling were damp and peeling. Otherwise, the room was spacious and the food tasted fine. But there again the restaurant was poorly lit as if the lights were switched on only for us. I had booked through MMT assuming the quality to be same as their Kolkata's property; unfortunately the amount paid was not worth the experience. Overalls it was not a great experience but just manageable.
