The room was good. The manager/ owner who manned the desk in the afternoon was not very pleasant. Not a smile on the face. Very stern in conversation. Come on. You are in the business of hospitality. Does it hurt to be nice to your guests???? I think not. Anyway, we just stayed for a night. Other than the invisible hospitality, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Located around  10 min walking distance from station. Room is very small, looks likes they have renovated its recently but room was not managed like smell coming from room and bathroom. area is also not so good. staff was not professional.

The building is scary, no taxi driver knows how to get there and pierce you, yellow and wet mattress, dirt everywhere, hotel in the middle of nowhere, bugs, wifi doesn't reach the rooms, dirty and dirty pillows.

Horror!!! 

It was a hotel that was chosen by accident at the last minute because of the very low price. And I had to regret it. It was bad. The bedding was so dirty that I had to find my own. The rug looked a little younger than me, and I'm not surprised if it was wiped out by the British military even before India's independence. The Internet was only at the check-in counter, although it was written in the hotel description beforehand. But most importantly, the noise.

The word ugly best describes a hotel.

Its a cheap hotel or budget hotel. Taxi driver brings me in this hotel. After conversation on desk table i get room in very cheap rate. Hotel has renovation work is going on so some time its disturbed you. I booked single room for single person stay so i get bed also that was small size but it was sufficient for one person. Rooms look like newly made o it was  goo. I saty only for one days. After searching other hotel i find that at this price this is best hotel in grant road area.
Their is no phone in room, so if you want room service you have to call some one or go to help desk and then they will send some one.

Cheap hotel

All beds have bed bugs and tick. When i complained that the beds have bugs, they said there will be atleast one or two bugs in any bed!!!!ridiculous!!
Im still stuck here till morning 6am( its 4am and i cant go anywhere right now...) I want to check out ASAP!!!

i have booked this hotel and it is one of the worst hotel i ever visit.most terrible place in mumbai.no commitment , no genuineness only greed for money.room is just like cabin ,bathroom smell like swerage tank,bathroom water ener in room frequently.
