The rooms were spacious and clean and the housekeepers are great.  They always replace my immaculate clean white bathrobe and they clean up my mess, even arrange it on top of a table runner, my fashion jewelries scattered all over the room when i tried and matched with clothes.  Their food was good, for local choices and more important compared to the scary descriptions i heard, they were not as unhygenic. I have NOT experienced those bad handling of utensils and food like holding glasses in the mouth/rim or wiping silverware in their aprons or clothes. Their poolside and entrance area was decorated for a local/Indian wedding and it was an amazing experience.  We eat at different parts of the hotel, with a view.

Clean and Local Culture is Witnessed

It's a great place and setting. In spite of winter time, it presented a cosy look but was over dark and cold once we spent time there. 

Things that were on off dampeners -

They kept the door open which made it difficult to keep warm and also was a distraction. 

Music was loud and soft in patches. There was no theme to the music. Was sparsely staffer which meant we had to wait difficult to call for water and help as needed. 

Food - soups and starters are good though it had limited options. 

Team attitude towards errors a dampener. Add to it it was highly over charged. 

Very avoidable. 

Restaurant - Not worth money paid

In summary:

- hotel rooms were dirty and tired in need of a significant facelift
- staff were polite but poorly trained in the basics of customer service
- strange set up whereby you could only take breakfast in your room and the adjoining restaurant was so dark and gloomy it was almost impossible to see the food.
- pretty expensive by Delhi standards for what you got

I would strongly recommend you stay somewhere else!

I was in Delhi for three days on business and this hotel had been booked for me by someone I was visiting. After one night plagued with issues I left the hotel. The staff at checkout were not overly surprised when I said I was leaving and whilst I complained about all of the issues there was no allowances made with my final bill.

I spend a great deal of time travelling and whilst hotel quality varies widely this is down there with the worst I have stayed in. 



Terrible... Just terrible

Was in India for 4 days for a wedding and this hotel was chosen by the brides family for all non-Indian guests. My room was very spacious. bed comfortable. desk with comfortable office chair. Wifi worked well. A/C worked perfectly which was important as the weather was in the 40s. I could see the outdoor pool from my room and it looked lovely but sadly I had no time to go. The elevator is tiny and slow. The hallways were like saunas so by the time I got downstairs to the lobby I was perspiring. Front desk staff we nice and helpful. Location was pretty good but we wanted to go to a few places for which we needed transportation. The first time I asked the front desk staff and they booked me their driver. The price was not clear, the driver spoke English but when I asked him about price he got evasive. I later took the same trip by outside taxi and paid 1/4 the amount.  

The included  breakfast was ok. Sometimes lukewarm which bothered me a bit so I picked my items carefully. Service in that restaurant was exceedingly poor both for breakfast and for other meals. The drinks were tasty but I was a bit concerned that the cold drinks were not made with bottled water. I asked and did not get a clear answer. The smaller restaurant behind the front desk had better service and food was tasty and hot.

Would stay again

For me this hotel works perfectly. It's not super deluxe property but then you get what you pay for. Good rooms could do with soft furnishings I would suggest. But location is top class literally seven minutes from place of work. Clarion you will see me again

All about location

The hotel is fine, but it's nothing of the other world either. It's very practical as in my case to attend a week-long seminar in the Qutab area. The general service is good and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is quite varied and includes local dishes. The room service is also practical and efficient. I would suggest to the hotel that wifi be included in the price of the fare and not so fractionated into paid options.

Hotel average or standard

Nice, clean, quiet, has two restaurants, the rooms are big, the bathroom would need a restored, even the doors are a bit worn out, the staff was very polite, I'd come back.

Very welcoming.

The hotel offers reasonable rooms, unfortunately quite noisy on the street front. In addition, there is a rather clear breakfast buffet and a small lobby. There are two restaurants in the hotel, the food is fine and overpriced.

I stayed at this hotel for work reasons in Delhi. The hotel is very comfortable: the rooms are large, comfortable and clean. The bathroom is comfortable but for a 4* hotel I didn't like the bathtub with a bathtub. The staff were very courteous and attentive to my needs. Every day while I was at the restaurant, they make your room fit by adding a fruit! The hotel, in my opinion, is not suitable for a tourist visit being far enough from the center and honestly not suitable for a quiet walk on the main street (at least for me, traveler and woman alone!).

Comfortable

The hotel is fine, but it's nothing special. The rooms are quite fine, the furniture is quite new and it sounds spacious. The bathroom isn't bad, although the water doesn't come out with too much pressure. My room was on the 4th floor, so it had a good view. They pay for WiFi with very high prices. In addition, in the afternoon you see that a lot of people are connected and it works very irregularly, in addition to the fact that the computer is slowly disconnected, stops navigating, etc. In addition, by paying for WiFi alone you can connect equipment, I think it's bad, since you're paying for it. I didn't use the pool, but it looked very good. The gym was used and it was very good, but it has everything. The dining room is quite nice, but the dining room is very varied, although the dining room and the dining room are not.
