The location itself is very beautiful and lovely, close to the beach and quiet.

The complementary breakfast is good. 
You always have fruits and slightly different options every day. 

Besides the place offers Meditation and Yoga, I attended one Meditation class and it was a wonderful experience.

But unfortunately was unhappy with the vybe.I didn’t feel welcome at all. Though the girl who manages the reservations is very friendly, the rest of the staff was unprofessional, rude and not helpful at all. I only spoke to them, if I had to, because every request was answered with an eyeroll, and I didn’t wanted to get those energies close to me. 

I stayed in one of those bungalows and I can’t recommend to stay there. I had cockroaches, tons of ants in the room and there’s stuff falling off the roof. Also I stayed there for 5 days, it would have been nice if somebody would have cleaned it in that time, or at least offer it. 
The worst thing about the bungalows is the sewage smell. I had to leave the fan on all the time, even though it was freezing especially in the night. 

Also, the hotel doesn’t accept credit card, which is very difficult, as the next atm 2 km away from the location. It should be mentioned before arrival, that you have to pay your stay by cash. 

Also one request to booking.com, send the total price including tax, especially when the place only accepts cash. 

Overall the place has a lot of potential, they only need to train their staff a little better, so they can be more accommodating and welcoming.

I arrived at 7:00 a.m. without reservation in this hotel, the reception came after 9:00 a.m. We were lucky and after a short sale they gave us a fancy room for 2,000 rupees a day without breakfast.

The way in there...

It's a quiet corner for good people. There are regular yoga classes, massage, etc. The place is very pleasant, quiet, positive. You can rent a bike nearby. There are Russian guys working, I speak English well. If you have any questions, they will always help with the solution. The food is excellent. It's made with love) There's a variety of menu, there's food for both vegans and vegetarians. There's no fish meat here. There's periodic music jams) We recommend everyone to stay here.

It's a beautiful place.

Everything was very atmospheric! I liked it: friendly, always helpful staff (special thanks to Jane!); delicious and proper breakfasts (masterpiece cinnamon tea forever!); chill out where you can drink the best cocktails (I'm talking about non-alcoholic, but who knows what) and chat; comfortable and with a stunning view of yoga spaces (by the way, yoga mats can't be brought with you, the pilgrims often leave them when they go home); well-groomed, well-planned territory; the Ayurved Massage of the great professional Dr. Anthony.

The atmosphere!

I stayed in a bungalow. I loved everything about Free Flow Yoga. The place is beautiful, staff is really helpful and friendly,it's quiet and a 1 minute walk to the beach.
There are yoga classes and activities every day. The yoga shalas are on the top of the buildings, so they have a beautiful view. You can see the sunset while practicing yoga! 
The teachers are nice and professional. 

The rooms are really well equipped and clean. It is seriously well thought out because you have everything you need to make your stay comfortable : comfortable beds, clean cotton bedsheets, towels that actually dry, mosquito nets, hot water (if you require), enough space to place your things, mats on the floor, a hammock and bed outside your room, and a line to dry clothes.
Breakfast was included in the price and was a really nice simple buffet with fruits, muesli, eggs and tea. 
It is next to the river and the center of Arambol is a 10 min walk to the beach. 
They have a really good ayurveda center where you can get massages 6 and treatments.

Brilliant and peaceful place

Free Flow has become a home to return to in such a short period of time. The beautiful location, cozy clean rooms, well-kept territory, super conditions for chilaut... The beach is not overloaded by tourists unlike the main road... Russian-speaking staff - individual words of gratitude for the attention, positivity and resolution of all household and other issues (transfer, taxis, excursions, snake hunting, etc.)... Wonder cook prepares as excellent place vegetarian dishes for the Swedish table, as well as the best menu positions (as opposed to spinach - IMHristos)... For the lovers of food and beef, Food in the Serbian Sea and Friendish Food... but for those who are not 50 meters from the sea and Friendish Food in the sea and Friendish Food in the sea and Friendish Food in the sea and Friendish Food in the sea and Friendish Food in the sea...

Probably the best house in Arambol.

We stayed here for four days. The rooms are clean, the diapers are changed and the room is cleaned about every three days. The location is great because it is very close to the sea, although it is quite far from the center.
