If you are looking out to enjoy private time with your family in Mahabaleshwar , I would strongly recommend you to visit 5oaks once. It will give you budget friendly stay with very clean and nice ambiance. 

The staff members are very cooperative and you can also enjoy Barbecue in the lawn with their help.

Lastly, what I liked the most out of my stay was the scenic view from the resort. So do visit.

Wonderful experience

Neat n clean bungalow having sufficient accommodation for six couple. Can accommodate upto 25 person. Care taker Sandeep is good guy. One can get good then average food at reasonable charges. Bungalow is constructed for normal facilities. It's a good stay place for reasonable charges. 

5 oaks bungalow mahabaleshwar 

I have been to this place twice in the last one year. This place has something that brings me back. 5 Oaks is a 5 bedroom bungalow. It has 2 bedrooms and a Hall in basement, 1 bedroom and 1 Hall on ground floor and 2 bedrooms on 1st floor. Each Hall room has double bed placed in it along with a small (2+1) sofa set. Each room has a television too. What's missing is a kitchen and a pool.
Place- located slightly away (approx 6-7 kms) from the main city, but who wants that; its quite at the hill top. Its on the way to the city market. Since its before the toll, easier to visit other points, its 4-5 km after Mapro. Nearest restaurant is garden fresh restaurant, serves great food, delivers too.
Amenities:- it has a lawn outside the bungalow, playing area for kids and elders. We played cricket. There is a garden with trees, lots of shadow. You practically don't feel the heat in the noon too. Because of its location, its always cool. You never require AC. By the way the house does not have Airconditioner, but we have never required it.
For smaller groups, you may hire only basement or for larger group you may hire whole bungalow.
Caretaker can provide you food, breakfast, tea etc.
Prices were approx 5k for basement, 8k for the basement+first floor. Whole bungalow can cost approx 13k. It may be negotiable.
Whole House can accommodate approx 16-20 people.

Relaxing, wonderful stay at 5Oaks

We visited this property in december 22-25, we were a group of 20 people and rented complete bungalow, this bungalow is good if you are going with a big group and booking it full not just part, panchgani and market are 5 kms from bungalow, rooms are average, cleanliness is average, sandeep is always available as he stays here with his family, i would say eat somewhere else, property is surrounded by various bungalows and other hotels, property doesn't have swimming pool, have a beautiful small garden but you will enjoy your stay here with your family, kids or friends, i won't give you false hopes but i feel this is a must visit property.

Comfortable Bungalow

I went to 5 oaks with my family and it was a worth remembering get-together for us. We were 11 people including 2 children and an infant child. None of us felt uncomfortable with the arrangements.
  The privacy and sanity is worth appreciating. The best part of this resort is the beautifully maintained garden around the bungalow with flowers of varied colors and types. The mountain and valley views from each room's balcony makes it even more refreshing. The self contained rooms take care of your privacy. Sandeep, the care taker cooked and arranged dinner, breakfast and beverages as required. The location, atmosphere and its whole-hearted maintenance makes this place photogenic.
