Booked room 11 which is on tin roof wooden sides basic room on the first floor. Storage room downstairs. It has sea view behind two  rows of other huts. It's Feb second week and the room get pretty hot due to tin room and ceiling fan to the roof. The Voltage in that property is low so fan does not run at max speed during most of the day. The water pump does not get enough pressure to water in bathrooms runs out every now and then.

The manager gave us another downstairs room on request where we could use the bathroom. Food is good. 

While booking room be sure to ask for sea front room. Do not pick room 11.

Basic room. Infra needs to improve

This was my first trip to Goa and this place made it special! Less crowded beach, beautiful sunset,awesome food - everything was perfect! If you are with your dear ones this is the perfect place to chill.

Special mention of the staffs as well - always ready to help you out!

Perfect place to chill

Our ‘Deluxe Bungalow’. Was way below par and very disappointing.  So much so we checked out within a couple of hours.  The ‘sea view’ could be snatched between the numerous properties in front and the trees.  As you arose the stairs to enter you were confronted with rubbish.  The bookcase which acts as a wardrobe and the other furniture was dirty and obviously not cleaned for some time.  The bedding was stained.  The mosquito nets had large holes in them.  Overall just not up to par, even for a rustic beach hut and certainly not worth £100 a night that was being charged.  On politely asking about the room and pointing out that it was not as described I was told that ‘all the nice rooms had gone’.

Utterly disappointing

i with my family, wife,son and daughter were on a family trip. We were in need of a  peace and quiet time. The only destination which can provide this was South Goa.
This hotel was a perfect location.
The variety of Food available here is perfect for an international traveller. or Indian tourists, Fish curry rice plate is OK>

Memorable stay

I wanted an absolute peaceful place to chill and let some steam out and I got exactly what I wanted, the stay was amazing, usual hut scenes and service from sid and ram was really appreciated. The view to the beach itself was to die for. Great setup

Utter bliss

Basic cottage with mosquito nets and fan. (We didn't pick the AC one). 
The cottages are clean, well maintained and are right on the beach. You can enjoy the evenings watching the sun go down and chill out at the deck. 

Although, I personally feel the place was pricey for such basic beach shacks, but I guess there is an upside to this as well. You get quality crowd. 

Great place, but would not come back. 

Beautiful place!! 

Overall Agonda is lovely and you cannot beat the location of the beach Huts.  We reserved what was called the beach from bungalow and it was a shack, a back garden shack.  Cold water shower, uncomfortable bed and overpriced. We ended up cancelling our last night stay and stayed in the Seastea resort. Which is spotless, an actual beach cabin and cheaper! I would strongly suggest you look around before considering this place. 

Great location but way over priced and not worth the stay 

Their rustic cottages are very well made, with mosquito nets around the bed which is very good; the staff is very friendly. A very clean beach with a beautiful view of hot water! If you are looking for a quiet stay this is the perfect place! The only place is the distance from the airport to the place is about 1 hour and a half away, the hot water from the shower lasts very little; but besides that you have a variety of food not only for breakfast but also for lunch and dinner. One of the best beaches in Goa!!

 Holidays

The place is a quiet little paradise with a view of a very beautiful beach. The bungalows are simple and lack some decoration but the place is full of charm and authenticity. The reception is friendly and the restaurant offers a very diverse menu with Indo-Portuguese dishes.

Pleasant stay

We had booked a bungalow overlooking the sea. When we arrived, there was no corresponding availability. For the same relatively high price we were placed in a bungalow overlooking the back of a restaurant right next to and on the wall of another bungalow.
