Stayed here on a group tour. The owners were lovely and welcoming and cooked for us - basic but good. 
Had a very large room with its own balcony. Not a great view from here but the garden setting of the annex we were in was nice. Would have been good to have some comfy chairs in the garden so our group could socialise and enjoy the environment more. 

Charming owners and setting

Rooms are spacious and give a clean feeling. Try to go for 1st floor. Mr Livingstone is a helping owner. Breakfast was homely and good in taste. Remember it's not a hotel and if there's something you need please tell it to him and he ensures it's done. He has also arranged a cab for me for sightseeing and got a discounted rate. He has given me an early check-in without any extra charge but for late check-out he charged. Overall a nice stay.

Nice homestay

Nice environment and hospitality, Mr.Livingston did a great service and food. The stay is very peaceful. if you are going as a team it will be the better option for the price.
The campfire was awesome.

This is the place for group stay

This is by far the best holiday home we have ever stayed. We were a group of 20 people and accommodated all the 5 rooms(2 ground floor, 2 first floor and one at the top) The rooms are spacious enough and easily pack 5 people with no issues at all. The room has one queen bed and a sofa come bed. This home is located in the midst of a forest like atmosphere. It's a very private place. 

To talk about Livingston (Owner of this place) He is one of the finest and kind gentlemen. He is like one man army, he does all the job by himself and organize things very promptly, very proactive, and he is a man of action. He is living with his family next to the homestay. Best service ever. 

Don't you ever forget to try their home food, it was a buffet arrangement and all the dishes are very tasty. The dishes were prepared by his wife.

This is not really a con, but the road to this location is a tad bit narrow but the stretch is quite small so it is manageable considering the privacy and service. But you can walk to the main town and bus stand within a minutes (less than 5 minutes actually)

He had provided two big tower speakers for music and arranged a camp fire which lasted about 4hrs.

Home away from Home

Pls dear friends, reading above comments i visited & was horrible stay.Bedbugs,NO proper Electricity,No hot water,Bad smell inside room & Rude owner. Stay in rainbow made wayanad trip horrible.pls avoid

Nice cottage for family trip. Camp fire was really superb .Supportive and good owner. Rooms and surrondings were nice.we enjoyed a lot. I will suggest for my friends and relatives this cottage.😊😊😊😊

Trip family

There are a few reasons I’ve given this holiday home 5 stars. The fist for me was the abundance of bird and wild life. All seen from the home. Second, it’s location, just a 5 minute walk into the town. Third, we stayed six nights and Omana made us a different,tasty, Indian breakfasts each morning. And Livingston the owner was very helpful showing us around when he had spare time. 
And my last reason for giving this place five star is its good value for money.

Birds and wild life rich!

A 5⭐️ is a must for its neat and peacefull surroundings. The house is beautifully decorated outside with greenery and has a spacious lawn where one can spend hours chilling. Livingston is a wonderful person and would help you out in planning the trip and would help you in everything you need to know about the place. Decent breakfast served and the dinner cooked by his wife was too yumm😋..- must try i must say.We stayed here for 4D/4N and we took 2 rooms for 9 people which we could easily fit in. Overall... if you planning to visit wayand you can opt this place without any second thought, if you are not too high on your budget🙂

A trip to wayanad with cousins!!

Beautiful Specious rooms. Great Hospitality, best food and trust it's a the real value for money. The owners are so down to earth you will really feel homely in this place. We went with Four families of friends visited the location in total of 7 kids and 8 Adults the trip really turned out to be memorable one. Please try this place without giving second thought if you are going to Wayanad.

One of the best Resorts in Kelpetta/Wayanad

The hotel is very nice and the owner and his son are very nice! They helped us organize a day in a Jeep in the nature reserve.
