Rooms were clean and restaurant also nice food.  Well ventilated. In Restaurant, One recipe - Sahi Tukra in breakfast was excellent. Hotel is in middle of city so easy for commuting.  I prefer to go for this hotel.                   thanks and will recommend my friends and family members

Good hospitality

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are spacious. Food is delecious. Centrally located and all spots are near by.  Hot water is 24 hrs. Clean rooms and washroom. Enjoyed a lot our ooty stay with Meadows. Keep it up Meadows and team.!!!

Had a very professionall staff with such an amazing food. 
A must stay place to ooty, with a good view and clean room. They had their delicious rava sweet for the breakfast which was indeed the best. The overall stay was just a 5/5.

Excellent hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and clean.

The hotel is centrally located and close to several veg restaurants which was good for us. Ample parking available. 

 I would prefer to stay in this hotel each time I come to ooty.

It was very nice hospitality. Staff members were very good and homely feeling.
Food was excellent. There were variety of breakfast.
Room was so neat and clean and very well arranged.

Trip

I booked this hotel purely on the basis of the good review score and that was a big mistake. I also assumed that by paying about RS 7,000 per night I would be staying in a quality hotel. It claims to be the best 3 star hotel in Ooty. It is not - it barely makes two star. 
     This is a small, noisy establishment tucked behind a gas station with corridors that amplify every sound. Trying to get rest during the day was impossible partly because of the design but also because they are building a third storey whilst still open. This work is noisy and the labourers bring all the materials up the only internal staircase. The banging and hammering reverberates throughout. This work will be continuing for some time I presume.
     The restaurant is too small and only has five tables for breakfast. Whilst we were there some guests had to wait in the lobby for a table. There is also no fruit on offer.
     Also whilst we were there the Wi-Fi was intermittent at best and the plumbing in our room left a lot to be desired and was very dated.
     There is no outside space or garden and our driver declined the facilities provided for him because he said they were dirty.
     I would however point out that the staff, particularly the manager, went out of their way to welcome us and look after us. It is not their fault that the place is so badly misrepresented.
     It is also very handy for the centre of town being only a short walk from Charing Cross.
     We visited a couple of other hotels in Ooty which were cheaper and far far better.
