I wish I could give them 0 !! Firstly their room intercom ws not working  they did nothing for that.. I asked them for a laundry to iron my dress first they said after 3 o'clock it will be done then but after that their manager said it cannot be done nor they have iron ! Shockingly I asked them to help me bt straight away he said 'Hame nahi pata' ! I will Never recommend this hotel as they have spoiled my evening!

Bad behavior of the manager!

Extremely irresponsible Management, Mr Sumit (Manager) is ill mannered person, they even don't have the idea how to talk with the guest, they don't have any etiquette how to deal with a person
Booked a room in the name of JN SHARMA, they denied check in saying the the name in the ID card is Jaynandan Sharma

Room was ok for the budget
1. However room service not that good.
An order for 1 coffee took more than an hour.
2. TV- no channels were subscribed. So though there was a TV...couldn't watch anything.
3. Just one towel for 2 guests.
4. Location wise- A bit far from the railway station

I booked the hotel on the  net after seeing the pictures on the net. I had mentioned my check in time as 12 am in the night. When i reached there there was a outer grilled door with a lock on. There was no way we could have got in. Ultimately my collegue had to jump in over the fence to call the receptionist.

We were given two dirty rooms on the ground floor. But luckily the beds were clean and i was too tired to protest even with mosquitoes by the dozen flying around.

Fortunately they changed my room the next morning. This room was much better than the one given to me in the night and was worth the money i had paid for the room. So if you have booked a property in this hotel see the rooms before taking it or paying

The breakfast served was omlett with bread and tea only. Anyhing else they said was extra payable.

`Varanasi hotel

We stayed there on 17th Dec and believe me it was a forgettable experience i had staying there. No Lift, No restaurants, odour as soon as u enter the room, filthy quilts, worst location etc were only few of the problems we had there. Apart from that in the name of breakfast only two parathas were served that too without butter.Overall very bad experience. Only front appearance is good and they have shared the pictures of only the front portion online.

Please avoid

Humidity to the point that the smell was unbearable and the beds were soaked. Bed sheets, chores. Fresh walls and rooms. Bathroom etc. In didn't wash himself anyway! Many mosquitoes. We asked to change rooms and etc. in the other rooms! Totally unhealthy! to avoid without hesitation.

It's horrible.

In cities like Varanasi, it's better to choose network hotels that have been tested by other travelers. We stayed in this hotel for a few hours - a local taxi driver brought us to this hotel to wait for the train.

It's dirty and it's rats!

We booked this place attracted by the good images in booking.com, thinking that it would be a good place to stay in Varanasi on our visit to the Ganges.But the result was the worst experience of the whole trip: the room was dirty everywhere where there was dirt: the sheets and the dirty bed, the dirty walls of a dark substance and with manchas (the staff told us it was decoration), the sofas with manchas, the bathroom with mould and mould.Cama: the bed sheets, even after a petition, were always gritty, the manches were unconscious and the manches were unconscious.Although there were never any other places in the hotel, the hotel staff said that the room was in fact a room with water, but, in the opinion of the guests, there was no room for all of the time, there was no room for all of the time, no room for all of the time.

An error, a pity, no reserves!

We arrived without reservations and not knowing very well what the hotel was like so we asked to be shown the rooms. We looked right and spacious, the bathroom wasn't narrow but it was poorly distributed. We decided to stay after getting a discount of 500 rupees per room/night. The staff is friendly and willing. The room food service (we didn't see the restaurant) is terribly slow but once you know it's about ordering the food in advance. The most striking thing is that we ordered the money and they gave it to us in three times because they didn't have enough paper and, on the other hand, another one was that one day we ordered for the rooms that we had three and arrived in our bar to order the next time.

A proper hotel.

We arrived on the recommendation of a friend in Calcutta, the price ratio quality/location is excellent as it is 2 minutes from the restaurant chains for foreigners besides being in a very safe area, the rooms are modern and well-conditioned.
