807858013 In April 2020, we ended our Ireland trip in Dublin to the Jervis Apartments. Corona made a huge dent in our bill. All B&Bs could be cancelled free of charge. Except this accommodation. After an email request, the provider turned himself in and granted us a credit with a validity of 6 months which unfortunately didn't really help either.

Could have been pretty

Booked to stay in this apartment with friends as we were travelling for a concert. The concert was cancelled due to coronavirus therefore we asked for a refund to which we were told no but we could reschedule which we then did. The concert was then cancelled a second time and on trying to refund or rebook with this apartment we cannot get in contact and they have ignored all correspondence. After reading other reviews this seems to be very common with these apartments therefore avoid them at all cost it’s a scam.

Scammers!! AVOID!!

Avoid at all cost! Spend your money elsewhere than here. We were meant to visit last year, unfortunateley Covid 19 hit our booking date. With complete disregard our booking, refund and money has been lost.

Disgusting Service, almost Scam like.

I am surprised to see so many reviews of people in the exact same situation!! Last year I booked for my family to come to Ireland for St. Patrick’s day, it came to over £500 for our family but obviously because of Covid we could not attend!! After being told I could rebook within four months I have been left totally clueless with a thousand dead ends!!! They do not answer calls, texts, emails anything and as for booking.com once your reservation has passed you can get in contact with them either!! DO NOT BOOK!!!!! Appalled that people would do this in a time like this!!!

DISGUSTING SERVICE

We were meant to come and stay here this June but due to COVID our booking was understandably cancelled yet we still haven’t been refunded the amount we paid which was over £1,000!! Absolutely appalling and can’t even get hold
of the property. This shouldn’t be listed on  any accommodation sites!! Really poor service!!!

Do NOT stay here under any circumstances

I've been staying here for the last two years. My room itself is nice. The furniture is a bit mis-matched, but it's got character. It's fine during the day. I do my work in here, listen to music, read books. All the usual stuff.

But it gets different during the night. Most of the time, I lie awake, unable to sleep. Thinking about everything and anything. It'll continue for hours, and I'll be wrecked at work the next day. I'm sick of it. I just wish I could shut my brain off, sometimes.

Pleasant but a bit suffocating sometimes

Myself and 3 friends were meant to stay in these apartments for a friends 50th birthday!! Due to Covid and lockdown both north and south of Ireland we were unable to travel! At first the property refused to change dates but then changed their minds and offered within 6 months. We attempted to book at the end of the 6 months hoping that all this would have settled a bit, or be a new norm! But with countless emails, attempts to ring, booking.com attempting to contact (as that’s who we booked through) not one person has replied or responded to us or booking.com 

An absolute shambolic establishment to treat people this way. 
We have lost £324 in total! May as well have burnt it rather than let this company/property steal it!!! 
I cannot stress enough!!!! DO NOT BOOK

We booked for our Grandad's 70th birthday as a group of 7 with 2 apartments originally for April 2020, of course with Covid-19 this was not possible to go ahead with as countries were in lockdown and flights cancelled. We then were able to move our weekend away - only within the next 6 months. We then rebooked for the furthest away date - which was for end of September.
Now being in September and still having to quarantine for 14 days in Ireland, our weekend has been yet again ruined. However this time, we have called, left voicemails for a call back and written countless emails with no reply.
I am so saddened to think that we have lost my Grandad's 70th birthday  present just because of terrible customer service. We have lost all of our money and the potential to have made so many great memories as a family due to something out of our hands. What a let down!

Terrible customer service

I have booked to stay here for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) we have had our flights cancelled by our airline (flying from Australia) and all of our other hotels that have been booked in San Francisco and the UK have all been super accommodating, given the situation that is out of our control. We have had nothing but poor service and a disgusting attitude from Jervis Apartments - they want to charge us the full amount our our stay and when I have requested to be contacted directly to have everything in writing they are trying to fly under the radar. I completely understand that this situation is going to hurt the tourism industry but this is the wrong way to be dealing with it. I would advise everyone to not book through this Apartment. I have tried calling the apartment on the number of phone numbers they have and none of them get answered.

Disgusting attitude and very poor service/ DON'T BOOK!!

Eight of us were booked here for a trip at the beginning of April. With all the Corona Virus shenanigans, we decided to try and move our dates as some of the party are elderly and spending time in an airplane which recycles air is neither advisable nor sensible. We contacted Jervis to enquire but they will neither allow us to change the dates nor offer us any refund! I understand these are difficult times for all but have some humility!! Eight of us have lost ALL our money and you have money for nothing and will probably re-book the dates to someone else. Utter greed and mercilessness. Although I'm glad we won't be going there, reading some of the reviews. Hopefully Karma will prevail.
