Nice residence in great location, very convenient for everything with a nice beach of grass right in front. We were in 5 plus our two dogs. Except the discomfort of being on the fourth floor everything went fine.

Well furnished and comfortable clean apartment and with a nice view of the lake with a nice porch convenient parking and covered food nearby for every need and village and cable car 10 minutes walk along the lake

What a lovely vacation.

First of all, I would like to say that the DOLOMITISME AGENCY deserves a special appraisal for the courtesy, availability and efficiency! We had some problems due to the sudden drop in temperatures that have resolved us to the big. Last week of September. Delicious apartment with perfect furniture, well equipped, very comfortable. Beautiful view of the lake. A little outside the village. The only new road right under the balcony. The room is just under the balcony. The back of the house is quiet.

I highly recommend it.

We booked an apartment for seven with two bathrooms, sorry that when we arrived the apartment was for seven but it was changed to one with one bathroom only! considering the price paid, they could have prepared the beds, provided the bathroom for more than one toilet paper roll, courtesy kit for seven, not for two, a kitchen sink, or some towel. and to conclude, 60 euros of cleaning with the obligation to throw away the trash and wash the batteries, glasses, stoves, before the return of the 150 euro traffic head.

It's nice, comfortable, but it's really too expensive.

The apartment is quite clean and well functioning, very warm with excellent insulation. We were on the 7th to 4th floor and it was not a big problem the absence of an elevator. Maybe a dishwasher could be inserted. The balcony is very nice and our children were enthusiastic! Inside the house there is still no problem, for every problem, contact (and only during office hours!) the referring offices of the village. Maybe the structure should be equipped with an emergency service, if something goes outside the 9/18 time zone you would not know to access it. Comples, we need to turn around.

White week

We booked on the 29th 12th 2017 with arrival on the 02 01th 2018. Excellent welcome availability from the agency.

Last minute holidays.

We stayed in a splendid two-bedroom, with double services (being in 4, this is a real added value) with double exposure, clean, new, very quiet, placed on the border between Masarè and Alleghe. The view of the lake was really nice. No elevator (this could be a problem for elderly pensioners) Wi fi so, it worked well only at the atrium with divanets.

At the end of August we were three families, the three apartments were very nice, new spacious and very well equipped, the people we had to talk to were all very friendly and helpful.

Large, new, good views and very good price.

We have stayed in Regina three times already and have always been satisfied. Good location, spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen. No lift in the building but we are all quite grown up so we did not really mind. Parking in garages is good, also ski bus stop is really near and takes you to Civetta cable car in 5 minutes. Good place compared to price.

Comfortable place to stay

The apartments are nice and spacious.
We had two bedrooms, living room with kitchen and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite).
The rooms are large and clean with well sized furniture, so plenty of storage space available. 
There is a balcony overlooking the lake so the view is great.
It's a short walk/ drive away from ski lift and shopping area.
Now the bad:
- no toilet paper!!! We arrived at night from Venice and if no some tissues we would be left without such necessity as toilet paper!
- no soap/ washing up liquid/ etc
- no properly sized cups in the kitchen - only tiny glasses/ tea cups - so if you like me like Americano - bring your own cup, but as we fly - our luggage was restricted, so we couldn't have bring everything with us.
- no water kettle
- the electric hob is nightmare to use
- and finally:
WE HAD TO PAY €50 FOR CLEANING at the end - without the option to do it ourselves!!!
And they demanded from us to clean the kitchen ourselves even when paid that!
I think that this is just plain ridiculous and I understand that the amount earn in such a way is quite significant (amount of apartments X €50), but it was first time I met such practice (and I've been to a lot of winter apartments throughout the Europe).
Therefore what could have been 5 star review, was ruined by some small details and greed.
