We stayed, fortunately, only one night, on the way back from a trip. It's a structure with interesting potential, but it's managed in a disgraceful way.

It's got a lot of potential, a very nice exterior with a pool and well-maintained trees, but the housing is absolutely worth looking at, mold, scratched walls, poor cleaning, broken furniture, taken x the current route, bad air conditioning, no parking and wifi, which instead should have been there according to the various sites, dust and spiders, even in the old guesthouses of a star once the pillows were unfaithful, and the blankets were empty, as well as poor quality, dirty bathroom and courtesy kit missing.

Not recommended

I stayed at this farmhouse for one night with my family to break off the return journey, attracted by its proximity to the town of Anagni, 5 minutes by car. The structure has very beautiful exteriors, a well-maintained garden and a beautiful swimming pool, but here the positive aspects stop. Entrance reception nothing except for the delivery of the keys without any attached keys so that you can lose them more easily.

Very disappointing.

Parking is not available, cars are left out; wifi is not available even if it was planned; unprofessional reception; very nice and well maintained garden with spacious and comfortable swimming pool, we move to the wrong side: the rooms and in general the interiors were initially supposed to be nice, but there was absolutely no maintenance, there is mold everywhere and rusted walls, old branches and dust.

Disappointment

It's a very nice place. The garden with the swimming pool is a small paradise, the kitchen in the restaurant is very good. The courtesy of the staff is excellent. There are only a few small details that I think should be improved: breakfast, very good, does not include salted foods (for me it's not a problem: I only eat sweets for breakfast, but...); wifi only takes up, and little, in the restaurant; in the bathroom there was no filter in the bidet mixer; there were no stops for the dark windows; the cleaning of the rooms was not always done in the morning; in the garden there were so many wasps and almost all the guests were pointed; sometimes there was a feeling of being abandoned. Last thing, in this period: the kitchen was very large and the kitchen was very large, but the large and large buffet was available to all the guests.
