A small room and a very small bathroom. In addition there are two common terraces that have a spectacular view of Andorra Bay because the hotel is about thirty meters above sea level.

I made a mistake booking the dates of the stay...the booking was not refundable...once I realized the error I contacted the facility looking for an agreement since I was sorry to lose 100 euros...evaluated that they were not available on the right dates I asked if a percentage or half could be returned to me...the answer was very very much hit and in the face of my complaints, always trying to get an agreement,

Unfortunately, I got sick of Covid 4 days before my stay date, I promptly notified the hotel asking if it was possible to change dates. I also provided the ASL certificate. The owner did not come to meet us in any way, answering the phone in an unkind way. No discount, no possibility of change date, the pre-authorized card withdrawal was executed for the entire figure of 2 nights with breakfast.

Absence of availability and malpractice

An unpretentious hotel with old rooms. You'd think it was the 80s. Old furniture, decoration from another age. Small room and bathroom. Hotel away from the beach and high up. Easy access on a small street. And what about breakfast!!!! Just a shame!!! A small tabletop on the desk at the foot of the bed with two miserable dry cakes packed, orange juice in brick and you to go make your coffee in a common room!! In short 110 the room is just EUR for the VOL. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, due to a misunderstanding about the arrival date of the stay, we put the entire figure back despite our full and wide availability in finding a solution that could satisfy both of us, even caught in bad words and offensive headlines, re-hooked up the phone and immediately collected the amount pre-authorized by the credit card, Top by real gentleman.

Great location, very clean, very friendly owner + service, affordable parking if available, air conditioned, sea view fantastic, harbour at the front door, centre accessible on foot, numerous restaurants nearby

Top accommodation by the sea

Since I knew very well the terms of the purchase of the room, I expected a little more understanding... Unfortunately at 4g from the stay, my 2 and a half year old son had a high fever, so I contacted the hotel saying that almost certainly we should have given up the stay. I obviously did not ask for the free cancellation (it would have been TROPPO kind). I asked if it was possible to move the dates, or pay only for one night instead of 2 or anyway that they came against us in some way. (At the end of June in Liguria everything is full and I am sure they could have also put the rooms up for sale, or at least provided we could not possibly have paid us back without any problems:

Courtesy and zero availability

The room was spacious, the desk area well organized if one had to work on it. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is comfortable. Breakfast served in shifts to choose from, as it is now used, to avoid assembly, more than good with several options of cakes, fruit and even salt. We also enjoyed the bathing establishment, named, located 200 meters to the center, paying with an extra of 21 euros for the umbrella and 2 beds.

2 days in Follonica

I called in July to book 2 days for my parents and I was asked for the credit card to confirm the booking. Exactly 5 minutes after the clock I called back because, unfortunately, my father had an unexpected accident. The lady, to my displeasure with so much apology, answered in a very rude way. The surprise came this morning when the extract of the bill I saw that I had been charged the first night (never made).

Unwise and rude

There's huge chaos on the Ventimiglia motorway with over three hours of traffic jam and nothing goes on. Arrival at 00:52. But we got videos from the hotel owners of how we open the parking lot and find the key to the room.
